Online order best way to go....everyone pleasant and efficient
On my Father’s Day I went to there with my son and wife and it took over a 1hr and a half for one sandwich and one bagel went to the register and they kept saying we are really backed up but the people after us got there food
Happy Father’s Day to me what a great start
I have been to this store a couple of times and enjoyed the bagels. I was very excited to see them join 2 Good 2 Go because I am passionate about fighting food waste. I purchased a surprise bag of bagels from them, only to get to the store and be told they didn’t have my purchase or any bagels, but that I could return the next day to get my purchase. I’m not willing to drive 30 minutes again just because of poor business practices. I requested a refund from the app but this felt uncomfortably like bait and switch. Almost like using social consciousness to push business.
Da Best
To much money for one bagel with cream cheese toasted which is $10 and I can get the same thing at Panera for less!! It is always crowded and to noisy for me!
I ordered a steak and egg everything bagel, and my friend ordered the loc open face. The salmon was brown and the “steak” was just sliced roast beef. I should have just went to einsteins lol
this is got to be the most rudest place to go. Employees, including ALL staff are mean, never look up at a customers, dont acknowledge anyone. You feel like your bothering them. 3 time there, never again. They take 45 minutes first to acknowledge you. Then if you place a order to go,,, forget it. 45 minutes for my husband to get our order ( had to remake it) then to get home and find out it's not the food you ordered. Let see what Social media can do for your business.
Didn’t have what I ordered, didn’t bother to call or text me. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food for them to only tell me when I got there to pick it up that they can’t make my order. so ridiculous

I order a dozen (13) bagels every two weeks. I always select 13 bagels. The past 3 orders only contained 12 bagels….of course I don’t know that until I get home because the order tag taped to outside of the bag lists 13 bagels.

Crappy excuse for a breakfast. Many times I have asked for the bagel to be toasted, this time it’s finally toasted but they forgot the cream cheese we paid for. The bacon was the soft and barely cooked. If this is what breakfast is like in NY then they can take that crap back up there and get out of FL.

Consistently great bagels and food with “make your day” service.

I stopped going here shortly after moving to this location. Gave it a revisit recently, and same old story - all tables dirty, service is very slow, and no coke on the weekend.... Food is good, but the prices are very high for a bagel sandwich.

Love waiting an hour for your food just for half your order to be missing.

They let dogs in here not service dogs just a regular ol dog and staff dosent say anything, hello we're from the health department, Saturday 750 AM ish
Sometimes things never change unless competition is around the corner and even then maybe not. The bagels are good the service and the selection are poor. I have not been to Bagel Brothers in a long time. Stopped by today late morning maybe there would not be a big line. Not a big line but with only one cashier working it felt like a big line. No poppy bagels though I did notice poppy bagels available at the front of the store after I checked out? Can't wait for Brooklyn Water Bagels to open in Tradition, hopefully their service will be outstanding.
