Big Apple Pizza & Pasta

Went here to try it out. Not clean, the server forgot I was in the dining room took forever to get my order which was 1/2 dz rolls which were ok and 2 slices of pepperioni and sausage which the cook forgot both slices so I receive one first which was almost burn and the second one came later and was cold

Me and my husband were waiting on my car to get serviced so we stopped here and were welcomed immediately. They have a great staff and very good customer service. We also ordered an italiano pizza that was fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant!!! 5/5 ⭐️’s!

Walked in and ordered. They were getting busy with take out and walk in settings. Staff was professional and very polite throughout.
Was told 20 minutes and they were very close to that time. Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza, a Meat Stromboli and Cannolies. Everything was awesome. Will definitely order again maybe next time will eat in.

I’ve been a lifelong customer of Big Apple Pizza on Bayshore, but the service has really gone downhill. Recently, I called ahead to place an order, hoping to save time, but my order wasn’t started until I arrived. This was frustrating as I was in a hurry. Additionally, I’ve had unpleasant experiences with staff being rude when I tried to gift the employees a coupon for my family’s donut shop down the road. The food is consistently good, but the service needs serious improvement. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues.

Carmine is a real A-hole he has a backhanded remark for everyone, he has a big mouth.
While I was there eating for the last time !!! The phone rings from someone calling in an order. After he takes the order and hangs up the phone he loudly says " I wonder what she looks like " She should know what he looks like. Jerk...go some place else for respect.

Placed a DoorDash order and chose to pick it up instead.
I get there, the order isn’t even put in! The young guy, super nice assures me it’s no big deal and will only take 10 minutes. I assured him, I’m in no rush and want it cooked. lol
I waited about 15ish minutes, no problem.
Get my order, get home and grab plates to eat. Garlic knots are barely cooked, had to finish them off in the air fryer and my Sicilian pizza, the center, was almost raw. I was sooo disappointed!! ☹️
I won’t order again from this place. It’s unfortunate because of convenience, but I would have been better off just having cereal for dinner and saving $50. ✌?

I love this place. Everytime I go there I am always greeted so kindly, even during there busiest times. The Works pizza is always on point and it's always ready right on time when they say it. Will return time after time and never disappointed.

Placed an order online for delivery. The sausage pepperoni cheese steak sub & cheese steak sub were literally all bread rolls. There was barely anything on the sandwiches whatsoever. I literally paid $10 each for just rolls. I also ordered an appetizer sampler with garlic knots, wings & mozzarella sticks, other than the garlic knots it was ok. The garlic knots were literally just burnt balls of dough with oil brushed on them. There was no garlic on them at all. This was my first time ordering from Big Apple & sadly, it will be my last. Delivery was pretty fast though.
