Big Apple Pizza

I went this place bc I was dying for a good Italian sub. It cost me $16 when I got home and opened the sandwich there was there slices of salami, ham, and some tiny bit of cheese. There was so much lettuce on the sandwich it was ridiculous basically I paid $16 for a lettuce sandwich. I asked him for extra oil and vinegar. And they gave me two little things of vinegar. If you want a good sub go to Wawa you pay two dollars for extra meat and you get a good sandwich. I’m from New Jersey and I could not believe what these people put out for $16 sandwich. I basically paid for a roll with lettuce. They should be ashamed of themselves.

They refused to replace my order. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas and received two cheese pizzas. When I called to have my order replaced they said, they always repeat orders before ending the calls. I was told, I should have said something before ending the call. They did not repeat my order before ending the call. They were rude and unhelpful. I will never order from here again. Their service was terrible and the pizza sucks.

I feel bad this store has ties to the Bayshore location. Such terrible customer service, I will never eat here or recommend this place to anyone. Best thing the owner of this store could do is cut ties with the other location before they lose more business.

Omg! BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA EVER! Like it better than regular pizza and it heats up better 2nd day. Very clean, nice people.

This is the BEST pizza place in the area! They have a NY vibe with booths that remind me of hanging out with my friends after school. We ordered a pizza, calzone, zeppoli, and it was all EPIC! Happy people work here so go and enjoy a nice meal with your family!

Big apples is definitely my go to pizza spot in psl. Dabby is always on point when he makes my pizzas. The customer service is exceptional. If you're in the area and want some great New York style pizza this is the spot.

Amazing service you get from Daby and their team here at Big Apple Pizza! I work right next door to them and since day one when i walked in to get some pizza, ive made a good friendship with them and I am always treated well as a loyal customer. The food is very good as i have tried a variety of their items including their subs, wings, pasta, dessert, etc… they never disappoint and I will continue coming here to Big Apple where they have great service and very good food. ????

Trying to be nice here but there were no positives about this location. The place is dirty ATTN Management CLEAN THE PLACE! Food was something you could probably make better at home and NOT the best service. If you want good food and outstanding service try the one on Bayshore blvd..
