Trying to be nice here but there were no positives about this location. The place is dirty ATTN Management CLEAN THE PLACE! Food was something you could probably make better at home and NOT the best service. If you want good food and outstanding service try the one on Bayshore blvd..

don't bother! we ordered 20 mild wings for $$28. they came and they were hot. when we called to tell them they weren't mild the girl put the rude manager (supposedly) named Gabi on the phone who told us that was the way thete wings were! well shame on us. we should have known better. said he would tell his cook to tone it done for the next time. guess what? NO NEXT TIME. he made no attempt to send over milder wings so we're stuck with wings no one can eat! this is th me first first time we've ordered from there but it will definitely be the last! by the way, our total bill including a $10 tip was $75+. they need better customer service or a more mature manager. if I could have given it 0 stars that's what it would have been! worse wings ever!!!!!

I've always liked Big Apple. Been there in Jupiter, Hobe Sound and now PSL. Food and service is consistent...always pretty good with very reasonable pricing.
Ordered through the Slice App. Restaurant is 7 miles away from our address and a 15 minute drive. The app said that our order was out for delivery at 6:40. We finally got our pizza at 7:50 and it was cold. The explanation was "address was too far away". If this was true, they should have called and communicated this, we would have cancelled our order and gone somewhere else. If it was delayed, they should have called to let us know it was delayed. Zero communication from the restaurant and all they offered was a 10% refund. Will not order again based on terrible customer service.
