The pizza guy said he changed the recipe and asked for feedback. I'll say it was excellent. More of a soft texture but i like either way soft vs crunchy. I noticed the cheese wasnt at all chewy like some other pizza places.I guess we have enough good pizza in psl that I wont have to make a journey to Brooklyn.

I recently visited Big Apple Pizza in St. Lucie West, Florida, and I can’t stop raving about the experience! As someone who’s grown tired of the same old chain restaurants, finding this gem was a breath of fresh air. Big Apple Pizza is a true mom-and-pop establishment, and it’s been a long time since I’ve come across a place with such heart and authenticity.

What truly set this visit apart was the one-on-one time I got to spend with the owner, Xavier....
