1st time I ordered from here the food was absolutely horrible! The chicken parm sub, i took a bite and spit it right out! Hard dry rubbery chicken that was very old and disgusting. I would complain about the amount of little chicken they put in the sub but no way did I want more!! I tried giving it to the dog and it wouldn't eat it! The Veal parm my girlfriend ordered was exactly the same, the Italian sub had the smallest amount of meat I've ever seen, it literally only had meat on half of it and the white cheese pizza didn't break the cycle, 1st it had tomatoes on it and it was dry and tasted old and bad! Took a bite and was immediately mad! Worst food experience I've ever had. So I called and he had some really good excuses that seemed like he rehearsed and said many of times. So about 6 months goes by and I gave them another shot because its very close to my house and maybe the guy was telling the truth about having bad help. Well,,They did not disappoint!Got my cold burnt calazone an hour an 15mins past the 45 min I was told and I literally live 4 mins away, plus the calazone had zero ricotta in it!!! Literally none! Tried the Italian sub again because we love them, no meat again and they got the order wrong, it was filled with onion and no mayo, the salad was just ok but they forgot the dressing. The cold rubbery pizza was a pepperoni and cheese with extra cheese and he literally took an old pepperoni pizza and covered it with mozzarella. It was done so poorly I laughed when I seen it! You could see it was fresh cheese on a not fresh pepperoni pizza, I could literally peel the layer of fresh cheese right off the top and sure enough a pepperoni pizza that looked like some one didn't pick up at lunch time and he just covered it with cheese and threw it in the oven. What pepperoni pizza has the pepperoni under the cheese?!?! I've only ever left 3 restaurant reviews in my life and 2 of them are this place and as you can see they weren't good ones! I sat and took my time to make sure I let people know how terrible this place is!! Don't waste your money people!! It's funny how after every horrible review there's a 5 star review with the same words in all of them and sayin the same name Carlos and how great he is! Lmao!!! No way those reviews are real!! You can tell they are fake! One "customer" praises how great the food is and the amazingly friendly staff and then it says you gotta come in for a pizza! Come in? You mean come in to "YOUR" restaurant?Pathetic. Do use all a favor and Close your doors and lock them. Please stop over pricing people for that disgusting food.

I called for a takeout Google says they close at 930 instead answering the phone they hung up on me 3x if ur not taking orders answer and say that dnt hang up up on ur customers so rude it's only 900 when I called

It has the freshest tomato taste that I have ever experienced!The salads are very fresh, hydrated. Not dry like other restaurants. I came here at the suggestion of an EMT when I was at a fair across the street at the event center. It was a great suggestion! Although the staff was a bit overwhelmed due to the amount of people coming in, the service and food was great! The best garlic rolls I've had were from here. We ordered two pizzas, both were cooked perfectly. The chicken ceaser salad was also delicious. I will definitely be back.

The table I waited for my takeout was dirty and there were only two customers in the restaurant. The roll for the sausage parmesan sub I got was really good. The sausage itself had very little flavor and tasted like it was previously frozen, and was bought that way from a supplier.

Family owned restaurant, all you can eat (pizzas, salads and knots) Wednesdays and Sundays! Come here if you enjoy the mom and pops feel, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner who gave us free knots for the table and free drink for my son. We went on a weekday, it was not busy at all but the service was quick. They have a housemade marinara sauce that is scrumptious with the garlic knots!

1-9-23 We just got 2 hot subs. 1 was chicken parm and the other chicken cordon blue. I opened the chicken parm and it looked great. I was starving. I bit into half the sub and spit it out. When I opened up the bread, the chicken was half breaded and other pieces of chicken looked grilled. It was like biting into a tendon. very rubbery and no flavor. It was like it wasn't real chicken. Ive never had chicken like this in my 56years. I tried the other half...same thing. DISGUSTING. Big Apple...Please re think the way the subs are made. You might want to do something fresher. I will now make something home made. Sorry but you lost a customer.

Nice prices, I definitely recommend coming in for the Monday, Tuesday pizza specials.Nice mozzarella not low moisture cheap cheese.Fast service and very very close taste to the Brooklyn style.Also the dine is nice and comfy.

I don’t wish ill on your establishment, but I am extremely disappointed with the timing of the order, the poor customer service, and the quality of the food. Ordered at noon and didn’t receive it until 2:30! The pizza and wings arrived lukewarm and were not fresh, the extra blue cheese we asked for was missing and there was extra garlic rolls for tardiness.When we called to follow up there was no ownership over the wait and follow up. When we had first placed the order we were yelled at about the time request which is quite unprofessional. I wish it had been communicated that delivery was an issue, and we could have gone to pick it up ourselves instead of waiting 2 hours.I do not recommend eating at this establishment, as they need to work on their customer service, the focus on the food and order and timeliness of their delivery orders. I hope that can improve in time, but as of now, we will not be returning to eat here.

I never received my order. It was over an hour after the delivery window on slice. I called the shop, he said it was out for delivery. Waited another 25 minutes and finally contacted Slice. They reached out to the owner who lied to Slice and said it was delivered. Slice refunded my money. Don’t waste your time!
