Big Bing Hibachi & Smoothie Tea

The food was mid.
No flavor and I got squash instead of broccoli. Rice was mushy and no flavor.
The people were not friendly at all, not greeted- missing items.
The last time I came here 5/5
Food was good
Chef and staff was friendly
Missed the mark this time.
Not as good as it used to be.
Maybe will return for redemption

My first time going to this establishment was wonderful, head chef was friendly as well as professional and the other workers at that time were willing to assist, second time around I had the worst experience. Service that was to take only 8 minutes took 50 mins all because the workers on the day of 11/01/2025 decided to behave as though they were at home preparing food for themselves/family.One was eating and talking while preparing our food and the other was dancing and using the spoon she used to serve our food with to sing as tho it was a microphone, they had no respect towards us as customers.There was no communications , and customer service from the jump was horrible. I waited 50 minutes for merely 3 pieces of shrimp and the avocado received was tainted. Big bing needs to reevaluate their workers not sure of her name but to describe her she’s short, piercing on nose and on lip apparently they don’t take their jobs seriously.

Their food is sooo good!! I go here about twice a week, damn near. The customer service is always great too! I highly recommend getting food from them — it’s definitely worth the price, and they give you a big variety.

I truly had high hopes for Big Bing when I 1st came there and I’ve gone a couple times now. I don’t know what happened today. Chef did his thing, cashier did her thing, but the girl packing the orders just wasn’t on-beat. I placed a pick up order on the website like any other day and selected “ASAP” pickup. My pick up time was 4:36. I left by 5:15…
There was nothing Quick about this. I kid you not 2 guys simply walked in and said their names and left in less than 3 mins. Could you guys at least put a disclaimer saying “It may take 30+ mins after pick up time”? I feel bad for the guys that were waiting before us. We left before them after coming in seeing them wait. I expected better teamwork than this…
P.S. if we select” sauce on food”, why is it never on the food? Always have to check the bag before I leave this establishment.

This brand new spot is what's needed if you want quick hibachi in Tradition‼️(Port St. Lucie, FL) The decor is great, because it's something different. The friendly staff makes you at home. The food was flavorful, and the PRICE in on point‼️If you are the St. Lucie area, come, come check this place out‼️💯💪🏾😁

This place did not disappoint! Daniela provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was amazing and came out fast. The specialty drinks were delicious, as were the dumplings and bao buns. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great flavors and fast excellent service! “Dale”

Fast n good quality food great staff

Filet mignon was tough not tender like a filet. The flavor of the noodles wasn't. The fried rice was good and so were the chicken dumplings.

Place is delicious! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a big smile. I got the Big Bang fruit drink and was made by Janett. She was very sweet and helped me with choosing my drink. She was very patient as it was my first time trying. I would definitely recommend to other friends/family to come visit!
