Made a special trip to Bob Evans because I enjoy their biscuits and gravy. I thought it strange when we pulled into a nearly empty parking lot at 9:00 AM. Ordered orange juice, a breakfast staple. They were out of OJ! Tried to order pancakes with bananas. Out of bananas. Should have trusted my gut when I saw the empty parking lot!

Food was ok. Service was very slow. I have been a fan of Bob Evans for years. Hopefully this is not the new standard.

Preordered and paid for one single Thanksgiving dinner to be ready by 6:30pm called restaurant upon arrival at 6:27pm, they ensured they would be right out with the order. It has been almost 30 minutes and still waiting for my order. Had to call in late to work because of their lack of service!

Ordered a huuuuuuge catering order, and it was absolutely delicious. Jacob and his manager were absolute sweethearts and helped ensure we had everything we needed. Our associates enjoyed the food.

THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH!!

Food was very good besides the mac n cheese. Completely Inedible. Either extremely freezer burnt or something else. Decided not to risk it and didn't eat the rest.

Service is extremely poor. They take too long to come and attend you. Second time coming and same issue.

This place usually is good. Today, though, we walked in around 8:45 Am (Sunday) and host tells us it will be 5 to 10 minutes not because they don't have tables, because they don't have enough servers. We wait until 9:10 Am Am I asked how much longer and he once again said they only has 2 servers. Poor choice of time to have understaff. Very popular breakfast time. I wonder if these poor staffing decisions have been going on a bit. Parking lot was relatively empty when usually it is full. By the way, Dennys just down the road was no wait.

Tried Bob Evans for the first time and not a good experience. They had us write our name down on a waiting list but took other walk in customers ahead of us. We left and will not go back.
