Great food, great service!!

The wild boar burger my husband had looked dry. My fettuccine Alfredo was ok, the shrimp were a good size. I expected a bit better from the reviews I read.

Went there on Saturday night we were told it would be over an hour wait for a tableyet we saw several empty tables and booths obviously they don't have enough help to take care of customers even in off season

We really enjoyed dinner here. The food and service were both excellent. Michelle, our server, was both friendly and helpful. We had chicken wings, mussels with garlic and bread. Great juice for dunking. Waygu burger, and beef on weck. French fries. Everything was freshly made and delicious. No complaints. Cozy atmosphere too.

The food was good. I think the seasoning and crust on the steak could've been improved. The calamari was one of the most tender I've had. I'll be back.

My first visit was awesome!! Wings were delicious and crispy. The Angus burger on special for $7 on Thursday's was so yummy. We had a great server and the bartender JJ was my instant buddy!! We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

We've driven past here for years and always thought it was a dressier place but after seeing other reviews realized it's got a sports bar atmosphere so we decided to try it and I'm so glad we did. The calamari was a good appetizer and the salads were so fresh! I got the specialty steak from North Carolina and it was cooked perfectly and so tender. My husband got the filet and again it was cooked perfectly and very tender. The mixed veggies were good as well as the scalloped potatoes and mashed potatoes. The only thing I would say was not up to par was the lobster bisque. I get it everywhere we go and while the flavor was delicious and better than alot of other places in town I wish there was actual chunks of lobster in it. There were none not even small ones. Service was great and very attentive and the bourbon beer was just right. We will definitely be back and so glad we found this place.

My recent visit to this restaurant was like stepping into "The Twilight Zone." The owner was incredibly nice and welcoming, but the ambiance made it feel as though time had stood still. The decor is dark, old, and outdated, giving off a vibe of a place the world forgot.

The service was odd. Our waitress reminded us of Vera from the old TV show "Alice" – very quirky and a bit offbeat, adding to the strange experience. Despite this, they had an excellent IPA selection, which was a highlight.

The food was decent, on par with a decent diner in New York. It was satisfactory but nothing extraordinary. However, given the abundance of nicer places with better food and overall service, this wouldn't be my first choice for a repeat visit. They seemed understaffed, and the staff present were underqualified.

Overall, while the hospitality was commendable, the experience felt surreal and nostalgic, much like an episode of "The Twilight Zone." If you're into quirky, time-capsule dining experiences with a good beer selection, this place might just be worth a visit. Otherwise, there are many better options out there.

I have not been here for about a year, the service is super slow and under staffed but went twice before and had prime rib and it was great so it made up for it. I went yesterday and in all seriousness this place needs to just call it quits and shut down or do some upgrading with the cooks, staff, and decor. The napkins did not match and were faded so badly and pivoted, the steak knives looked atleast a decade old. I ordered prime rib and it was flavorless and disgusting. I spat it out, the baked potato seemed like it was microwaved, it was shriveled up. My boyfriend ordered the ribeye and the same spat it out, no flavor at all and it tasted like a really thin cheap cut. I grabbed the waitress and said this is really bad not sure how this was even served to customers, was the baked potato microwaved? She proceeded loudly to say that it was not and was even trying to justify that no way was it possible because the microwave is up front, ok great it was sitting under a heat lamp forever then. At this point I am like can we please pay for our drinks and be on our way, she actually charged us for the bagged salad that came w the meal. I was blown away. The manager did not come over nothing. I am not a picky person and I never send stuff back but this place was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had ??
