Poor late night staff!

im disappointed. the person who was taking my order in the drive through was so rude and unprofessional. Kept saying “im sorry?” Are they deaf? They also had a big attitude. The food was good tho! But I did not like how long it took.

Today, June 25th, 2021, I stopped by at lunch, wearing my postal uniform, and asked for a bag of ice. The lady at front and one of the managers refused to sell me the ice because they had no bags. I told them I didn't need the whole bag but at least a little bit for my cooler, and they told me.. I'm so sorry we can't do anything for you. it's not about the ice. It's about being rude, about not caring, about being so closed-minded. I have no complaints about the food quality but the service in this store is worse every day. They are really slow, and they need to behave like humans and show some understanding sometimes. And you know what's the worst part..
i am a regular customer here. For me, this was offensive and ridiculous.
I'm updating my posting 3 and a half years later. The service is better, but not for a 5 starts yet. Hope they keep the improvement

Got cut off early while ordering, I ordered four meals, got one small bag stuffed w my food, asked twice if everything was in the bag, because fast food places always forget sonething and it's not my job to check, they said yes that all my food was in there with an attitude, I get home ten minutes away, and they forgot a whole meal, and didn't sub onion rings for the one order I had. So I call, no answer, non working phone number. So I drive back, tell them what I'm missing nicely and they make it, but they didn't give me the fries for the meal only the onion rings for my other meal, so the kid goes to get my fries and a ride older lady starts saying I don't get fries, and I had to tell her she's wrong and she got nasty w me, didn't offer anything for my trouble, the 20 min extra drive I had to take, with my food home getting cold. She said I didn't call so she couldn't offer me anything, told her I did call, and asked for a managers number and they all told me NO. Most disrespectful treatment and customer service skills I've ever had. The food was sloppy and squished. I don't want to have food from this place ever again. Learn how to serve complete orders and to care and accommodate people when you inconvenience paying customers in anyway. It's not hard to show empathy.

Always giving the same excuse that the ice cream machine doesn’t work and my sibling ordered from the same place an hour before me and he got his ice cream and his Oreo shake but when I order at night it’s an excuse that is broken, y’all just don’t wanna do y’all’s work and still sitting around doing nothing.

The manager had a extremely bad attitude on the speaker repeated asking "is that all is that all?" Even I literally ordered 3 things. Ran inside to grab forgot sauce only to be dismissed so the entire staff could great a friend at the drive thru.

Super slow during rush times. When it's not busy it doesn't take as long. I've waited for 35 minutes in the drive thru multiple times.

This store is terrible! I went 7/8/2024 the person that was taking orders through the drive thru was so INCREDIBLY RUDE! was about 710pm I was so insulted that I left without the order.. Decided to give it another go and came back after work placed my order the girl wasn't the same person however! when placing my order I ordered my chicken sandwich a ROYAL CHICKEN sandwich repeated it TWICE then she at the window said it incorrectly (original chicken sandwich) and I corrected her again! and STILL GOT THE WRONG THING!! BLOWS MY MIND! TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION!! also apparently the phone number that's on google is also incorrect I tried to call multiple time and it did not work! absolutely TRASH!
