Today, June 25th, 2021, I stopped by at lunch, wearing my postal uniform, and asked for a bag of ice. The lady at front and one of the managers refused to sell me the ice because they had no bags. I told them I didn't need the whole bag but at least a little bit for my cooler, and they told me.. I'm so sorry we can't do anything for you. it's not about the ice. It's about being rude, about not caring, about being so closed-minded. I have no complaints...

This restaurant was a little busy. I expected to have to wait and have a little patience; only 4 to 5 employees working at the time.Expediting manager was a little confused on the front line....BUT, if it had not been for big Willy working the sandwich station, I believe things would have been far worse. He called out orders and ticket numbers; which ones he was working on and then directed the expediter as to which orders were complete and for what ticket number. To me, he seemed...
