Ordered a fiery chicken sandwich with milkshake. Waited longer because the girl up front forgot to make the milkshake. I asked for the milkshake and receipt I didn’t receive and she blamed me for going to my van and coming back. I told the manager and she said the girl did not and she was there during the conversation. Ok whatever I was polite. I open my food and it was the wrong thing. Manager defends poor customer service, and condones trash talking too. First and last time in this BK

This location is in a Walmart, which is not very clear when ordering. The order was ready when I arrived but nothing was warm. Other than the staff it was a sad experience.

Stand up at the counter for 10 minutes 2 fair skin Latina girls stand up talking to each other and ignoring me. And the Assistant manger sit down looking at them not saying a word doing nothing .

The manager refused to honor the purchase I made through the mobile app and offered no assistance whatsoever. She even scolded the one employee who was genuinely trying to help.

I contacted customer service, and they informed me that I have to wait five days to receive my refund. This is especially frustrating since I had already finished shopping at a busy Walmart and was simply looking for a quick meal.

Waiting five days for a refund and dealing with such poor customer service is completely unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. I can assure you that I will never step foot in another Burger King again, and I’ll be watching as your company heads toward bankruptcy. Shame on you too Walmart.

Going on sitting here 15 minutes now in the drive through with a starving 4 year old while the employees are doing god knows what, I haven’t seen one. The person in front hasn’t moved the whole time I’m sitting here. My kids screaming. Don’t waste your time unless you want to sit in the drive thru for an hour waiting for your “fast” food.

BK has seriously taken a hit the last few years. They use to be highly regarded, but most locations are closed or grossly understaffed with non-caring individuals. The food is not fresh anymore.

And these morons want 20$ an hour?? They probably can't even add 2 plus 2. 30$ order to go, no napkins, no straws, no ketchup, no salt and no NAPKINS. You people deserve to work for 10$ an hour, I'd hire a one leg, blind, double amputee before I even consider you. Called the store 5 times too no answer.... better tighten up and tighten up fast
