Biggest case of buyer’s remorse ever! This place is a HUGE waste of money. $67 for 4 people to eat. The fries were homemade and disgusting, smallest burgers EVER, no ice in the soda machine and the soda was flat. Don’t waste you time or money on this place. You’ll get better quality at McDonald’s and that’s sad to say. -5/10 do not recommend

Good lord in heaven will someone PLEASE come and fix this restaurant's dang soda machines?? I swear the one has been down for at least a year. Not the fault of the workers but corporate needs to give this location some tender loving care!!!

Ordered via grubhub today for delivery. Food was technically accurate, but was over cooked and dry (meat patties and bacon) and the assembly was horrid. Ordered without a bun and the burger got tossed in 'upside down with the cheese getting stuck all over the paper tray in which it was delivered and had to be scraped back onto the burger. And it came without requested fork and napkins; i had to supply my own utensils. Was Not impressed.

Dry dry hamburgers the patties were not even close to the same size and did I mention DRY DRY DRY. No condiment could fix the tasteless hockey puck . The service is you walk in and order from a kiosk No one even said hello. I had to Shout hey I need cups for our drinks . 15 minutes a large guy plopped a tray in front of my family(from out of state ) with out a word said then brought out the wrong fries and still said nothing . None of the hype of having the name " branded " on the bun . Very very disappointed that we spent over $100.00 to get a very below standard meal . Corporate don't even bother unless your going to refund my $ which I never got a receipt for even though I asked for one . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND OR EAT THERE AGAIN .

Unfortunately I think this place is going out of business. They were out of all drinks except for water. The manager replies to the negative reviews, but nothing is being done. All words and no action. Either sell the franchise or close up shop. It is not a good representation of the BurgerFi name.

The wagu bacon burger ? you could use for a hockey puck ? it was gross and well done beyond edible. The fries ? and onion rings were dripping in grease, do not waste your money on this overpriced garbage.?? pic is the food in the trash.

Ordered a cheese burger with bacon and onion rings. The cheese burger was very over cooked and dry. Bacon was black and burnt threw it away. Waste of 16$ and I got a total of 4 onion rings. Sad this place use to be good I will not be back.

The best thing about the visit was April at the front counter with her great customer service and attitude. Other than that, the buns felt stale, the onion rings and fries were not hot Enough and tasted like they were cooked in month old Greece and the soda dispensers were out of most options. This place needs a lot of help and does not reflect upon my past visits to other BurgerFi locations.
Wife ordered some food Togo, when she arrived home the food looked so damp from grease, the fries looked burnt and we're even hard and crunchy. Iv eaten at a Burger I before this location was not it.

Slower service than a packed mcd at rush hour. Got the scraps of the fries with no salt on them at all. The burgers were a dry mess that still had some taste to it surprisingly. Our order sat at the counter for 5-10 minutes while other orders were flying out so don't know what the deal with that was. Safe to say this was the first and last time I'm coming here.

The food quality has gone downhill. They changed the fries they are soggy, oily, and no flavor not even salt. The burgers had super thin patties or a ball of meat and didn’t taste good at all. They used to care about quality and was worth the price, now even Burger King is better.
