The best thing about the visit was April at the front counter with her great customer service and attitude. Other than that, the buns felt stale, the onion rings and fries were not hot Enough and tasted like they were cooked in month old Greece and the soda dispensers were out of most options. This place needs a lot of help and does not reflect upon my past visits to other BurgerFi locations.
Kay and April are the most wonderful people I’ve ever met! They are super accommodating, making sure everything taste hot and fresh. They both made sure I was taken care of like I was family, it doesn’t get better than that. They make a great team. Thank you for a great experience!
this is my first time eating here and it was AMAZING. like a less greasy five guys lol. April helped find out what to order and brought my food right to me. she was exceptional in her customer service and i'll be back for sure ! thanks, April!
