I grew up on Carvel n loved da ice cream n cakes for here...Guess things change cuz da ice was good but not as good as I remember... But da customer service is lacking big time... It's tragic cuz da staff can definitely bring down a business... Regardless me n my husband enjoyed r time together as we sat outside in seating area...

The staff are very friendly and the ice cream is good… my rating for three stars though is because they roll each persons ice cream into the toppings rather than putting it on top with a spoon… that’s odd to me, especially when so many people have different food allergies and sensitivity these days… you have dairy free options but then roll dairy ice cream into the toppings and then do the same for a dairy free order as well… that’s not right. Peanut allergies too… that could be horrible. I understand that food contamination can happen and you have disclaimers for that… but doing stuff like this is just asking for something bad to happen. You would think you’d at least TRY to prevent that. 3 stars just because they should be a little bit more attentive to things like that and just try to avoid it by using a spoon.

Showed up at 10:12 pm when they state they are open until 10:30 pm so we drove 20 minutes to get ice cream for the family as a random fun thing. We pull up and some girl stares at us and then proceeds to close and lock the door. Technically there still open but she had better ideas for the night. We all appreciate the awesome customer service and delicious ice cream! Great employee!
We were their Monday evening. The young lady was the only one working
She was exceptional taking care of everyone by herself.

A little crowded but nobody was in a hurry. It was Wednesday, buy one sunday get one free. Lots of toppings do it your way. Don't forget your reward card and get it punched.
