I grew up on Carvel n loved da ice cream n cakes for here...Guess things change cuz da ice was good but not as good as I remember... But da customer service is lacking big time... It's tragic cuz da staff can definitely bring down a business... Regardless me n my husband enjoyed r time together as we sat outside in seating area...

The staff are very friendly and the ice cream is good… my rating for three stars though is because they roll each persons ice cream into the toppings rather than putting it on top with a spoon… that’s odd to me, especially when so many people have different food allergies and sensitivity these days… you have dairy free options but then roll dairy ice cream into the toppings and then do the same for a dairy free order as well… that’s not right. Peanut allergies too…...

A little crowded but nobody was in a hurry. It was Wednesday, buy one sunday get one free. Lots of toppings do it your way. Don't forget your reward card and get it punched.
