The sandwich was called it didn't taste very good the bread wasn't toasted enough lots of stuff I didn't like the people were very kind however lacked personality. I'd rather eat at Subway and they're not that good either but it was better than this place

My family and I have ordered from this location multiple times and the food and service has always been great! Last night I didn't have time to pick up my order so we had it delivered through Doordash. Unfortunately, the driver decided he would help himself to part of our order. I rated the order noting that there were a few missing items. The next morning a member of the team reached out to me to discuss what had happened. Upon figuring out what had happened they took it upon themselves to reach out to Doordash as well as adding $10 to my loyalty program with them. To me this is above and beyond customer service! We will continue to visit this location for the delicious food and absolutely amazing customer service!!

I highly recommend Charley's! Not only is the food awesome, but the staff are so friendly and accommodating! The wings are AWESOME! Cheesesteak is obviously their specialty and is great, too! I have been to the one at the TC mall, and it was equally as good. They always have a rewards program, and you get $5 off your first order just for downloading the app!!

Ate there for the first time today. Had a Chicken Philly, wings and a strawberry iced tea. The sandwich was fresh and hot off of the griddle. Wings were good too.

Staff were very nice. Young lady behind the counter is very pleasant. The manager came out and talked to us for a while. Overall experience caused me to take the time to write this.

I look forward to returning.

Tried Charley’s for Lunch , the location is conveniently located on us1 , the service was ok , the food was ok , and the food took long . My partner got a cheesesteak sandwich and he say it was kind of small . Overall we were satisfied.

Good Cheese Steak for Florida. The Meat to bread ratio is fairly good. I enjoyed it. Wings are cooked well. They're small wings, more like wingettes. Clean establishment great service. They are pricey, I'd go back but not as often on account of the prices.
