I dont eat fast food much but I recall a time when checkers was great.. At first bite,the burger was soggy and I spit it out..bought something else for dinner and,I'm scared to attempt it..

Food is good, not excellent or amazing. Took the service team a bit to notice me with me standing at the counter, never apologized for the several minutes waiting. The restrooms, OMG 😲, urine all over the men's seat according to my friend and women's smelled like something died in there.

Absolutely terrible service and cleanliness. Inside was disgusting. All the tables were filthy and hadn't been wiped down in what looked like WEEKS. I spent 40$ on my husband and I and two children and asked for a side of BBQ sauce and was told I would be charged for it. We sit outside to eat, and all of our burgers are piled with mustard. Never going back to that location. Needs all new employees. Also needs a good SCRUB from top to bottom. If I didn't spend 40$ on the food I would've just thrown it out honestly. I'm also calling corporate.

I have been calling up there since I left with my food. Everything was old even the pies. I want a refund. I spent 16 dollars on old food. I don’t understand if you know you haven’t had a customer throw the food away. But I will be back tomorrow for my money back since you are too busy to answer the phone

Most disorganized staff ever. Waited at least 10 minutes at the counter to place order. Music so loud that the staff could not hear what you ordered. Food was ok to say the least. Hadn't had Checkers since last time I visited and was looking forward to it. Sadly it missed the mark
