If I could rate this checkers negative zero I would. The quality of the meat isn't real beef. I ordered a big buford and the patty was fake lol looking and tasting. I live to far to return it. The new cheesecake bites looked like vomit inside. I hate to wish bad upon any business so I'll keep my mouth SHUT DOWN AND CLOSE NOW. I see why a lot of checkers are closing as they should if they're servicing our communities garbage. Get it together immediately Checkers, we the people, are on to your nastiness. I will never eat at any Checkers ever again.

I went to the inside and the person was very busy; so I went to the drive thru and an automated voice took my order. I got a Finish line burger combo. I don't usually complain but one bite of the burger was enough; it was dry and cold. The special sauce can not save this item on the menu when cold, dry burgers are served up. The fries were hot and passed for the usual fare found at fast food establishments. Hotdogs were mentioned as available on Google maps but this item is not offered.
I must say it will be quite some time before I try a Checkers again.

I’m really disappointed with the car service team. The first time, they forgot to give me the apple pie, and today they gave me the small size even though my order was for the large one.

The food was simply awful and you could tell the grease was really old. Not a good first experience at all. We will not be going to any Checkers in the future. Edit: based on the owners answer I am upping my rating to a three and also am willing to give Checkers another try. Thank you.

The people working did not listen to what I ordered. The quality of the food has greatly diminished ☹️ will not go back ,

Stopped to get a simple burger for 1.99 and a fry for my friend and a #4 for me..the automated told me 9.65 or something for the special order which was way too much..instead of holding up the line trying to get the automated to understand what i needed, since it didnt the first 2 times, I pulled up to ask for a special burger for my friend who has cancer btw, she can only eat certain things right now. And after the second question, the manager told the cashier to step aside, she half way explained my questions and the costs and really didnt answer my questions so it took a few minutes of repeating myself and for the conversation, it seemed to be going in circles as she was rushing, eye rolling and heavy breathing with every question, told the cashier to take the orders in the middle of me asking a question so she didnt hear me so i had to repeat again, she was irritated with me asking questions period.., after the blatant irritation I ended up ordering a burger the way it comes as my friend said she will just pull stuff off. So after we got the special order (not so special) done, I said ok now for me I will order the.. and the manager cut me off and said you can not order anything. The total is $8.45?something like that. I said why can you not take my order? The managers response was your burger is already done and because I have a line, you took too long, over 500 seconds of time but you can go inside and order your food if you like. I said oh, ok, ty! And drove away. I have never experienced such audacity, she does not care about keeping customers because it is not her business. Her personality is pathetic.. somewhere where she doesn't meet with the public. I will never be back to Checkers ever again

It's Checkers it is exactly what you think it is. Burgers, chili dogs, chicken patty sandwiches, fries, shakes, and soft drinks. Not bad but not real great either. This location has a twist. Out of all the Checkers I've been to this is the only one that has an inside. It has a single drive thru but you can also go in and order at the counter and sit at a table inside to eat. There are just a few tablea but they do exist.
