After ordering we pulled up to the window to see no one in the store initially.. when someone did come to the window we weren’t greeted, just told our total. Each time we said thank you for our drink or food or card back, nothing was said back to us. They didn’t thank us or even really acknowledge us. It felt like we were a burden to them to have ordered at their store. I wish we had went somewhere else at this point. I mean, the order was taken by an automated system so half their job had been done already… not sure why they were so cranky. Store number 3772

When we ordered it's through the drive thru the order was wrong and when you pull up the voice is a computer not a person. Simple order 4 hotdogs with mustard well the store had not mustard left and we always get mustard. They sucked! Also no one in line in front or behind us and we had to pull into a spot and they had to bring it out.

I ordered two of the new sandwiches which are supposed to be made out of sourdough bread they made it out of regular sandwich bread it was terrible I didn't even eat it I took one bite and it was disgusting I always go here and these are the best sandwiches just this time it wasn't

I normally don't review things, but when you go above and beyond, I gotta!! I tend to hit up Checkers late at night. Because of this, service tends to be slow. But I don't mind chilling! Tonight I brought my dog, and ordered 2 hot dogs, one chili and one plain. The gentleman at the window was super awesome, and even drew on the wrapping so I knew which dog was for my dog. It was an amazing ending after a slow drive home. Thank you!!!

This is the best checkers there is in the entire state of florida! Always the best service! Laura is the nicest most helpful!
I have to say this location has had a great improvement in customer service and food quality. I reviewed this location 3 years ago and left a bad review. Decided to edit my review because since going back for the last year every time we go there the new employees are just amazing. Super polite and helpful. The food is generally delicious and hot. Sometimes there is a wait,but the spot is small and gets quite busy. The crew handle customers politely and with respect. Whoever is the new management is killing it!!! It's a whole different experience since 3 Years ago. This new crew is wonderful and seems much happier.

Checkers burgers are seriously amazing! Juicy patties, perfectly crispy fries, and super friendly staff. The whole experience is great, from the smell when you walk in to the efficient service. Five stars! 🌟 Definitely recommend.
