The server did not come to our table for over half an hour after bringing us water. We waited close to 45 minutes without a word about our order. Only then did we find out they forgot to put our order in. The food was not good once it was served. I can't think of a good reason to go back.

We celebrated a special friend's birthday at this restaurant and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the tone for a wonderful evening. The food was absolutely excellent.

But what truly made the night stand out was our server, Cameron. She was top-notch, providing attentive and personalized service that made us feel right at home. She checked in on us frequently to ensure everything was perfect.

Overall, we had a fantastic time and can't wait to come back! If you're looking for a great atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional service, look no further. Cameron and the team made our birthday dinner truly unforgettable.

Cheddars is a good restaurant for family food and solid service. From ribs to pot pie home made food is 98% times better than expected. Simple and effective menu and solid service- a rare find in today’s world. Check out Cheddars and I know you won’t be disappointed.

Their babyback ribs are amazing! I have yet to have any ribs that are better than Cheddars. Give them a try, you will be pleasantly surprised. All the meat falls off the bone! And the bbq sauce is great!

This is a nice place. Atmosphere is very relaxed and laid back. I have a chicken salad and it was very filling and great Krispy chicken. The strawberry margaritas was so great.

My wife's and I went for a nice dinner for two, but got less than expected. Now , we have been here before , and had ok service and good food, nothing 5 star , but good for what you get.
This time the waitress ( I believe her name was Jessica) took our order for 1 appetizer and 2 entrees and left tp place the order.
She brought our drinks to the table and then didn't return to check on us for anything! The entrees arrived almost 25 minutes later by a different server BEFORE EVER SEEING THE APPETIZER. We asked why we never got the appetizer and the server said they had no idea and left. 5 minutes later Jessica showed up with our appetizer ( onion rings, by the way, should have been easy to do.) and was surprised that we were upset that after 30 minutes of waiting, that we no longer wanted them .
On top of all of this , the baked potatoes were ice cold and had to have them returned, to no avail, the second one was just as cold.
The manager went to every table and asked how everyone's food was EXCEPT US! The manager obviously knew what had happened and never apologized or offered to make it right, OUT RIGHT IGNORED US.
I hope every one reads this and takes note.....
Cheddar Scratch Kitchen, doesn't care and will ignore issues .
Ps. We tried to express our concerns and NEVER SAW JESSICA AGAIN UNTIL THE BILL WAS HANDED TO MY WIFE.
