Constantly forget orders and skimp my sauce every time. They dont operate at full potential after 9 pm (digital/card only) very annoying as this is the chick fil a right off the 95 down st lucie west and no way turning back for their mistakes lol

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Chick-fil-A location on [date]. I visited specifically to order an iced coffee made with the vanilla ice cream base-an item I have ordered before in another location and know can be prepared using ingredients your store carries. However, the staff refused to make the drink despite clearly having the components available. I felt dismissed as a customer, and the experience was frustrating given that I made a special trip for this order.

Totally horrible experience customer service was zero out of 10. I can’t believe this cause I usually always get the best customer service from Chick-fil-A. My order was incorrect. When I came back she tried to charge me for being incorrect and then gave me dry biscuits my burq’s root beer was carbonated with no flavor. Just a horrible experience. Their sweet tea had no sugar in it. I will not be back even though this will not determine my experience with Chick-fil-A. As a whole, but this franchise will never see me again or my money

Nothing against there food or service it’s great but they need to make sure they advertise when they are open that they are only serving breakfast. Any fast food breakfast is disgusting so I waited in line to find out they only serve breakfast not cool.

I had mild food poisoning from here yesterday. This is the first with how many times we've been here. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. Also, the fries seemed old. Maybe it was just an off day for them but I hope the stars will help management relay it back to the cooks. We all make mistakes but I don't think Ill be coming back any time soon.
