Forgot to add an order of fries when I ordered and asked at the window to add the fries on. They told me NO. WTH? Every other fast food restaurant would accommodate such a request. So very disappointing.

Love the curbside service. We have some large trucks that can’t go through the drive through area. Makes a perfect solution for grabbing lunch quick.

This location closes at 8:30. However they start pre closing the dining room by flipping chairs on the tables. They were flipping chairs three feet from where my son and I were eating at the community table. I used to own fast food restaurants and I would never allow the dining rooms to look like we are closed. This practice makes the guest feel not welcome.

I finally got to eat at Chick- fil-A ! The sevice in the Drive was ok , The food was not that good , I order 4 piece chicken strip with fries ,The chicken strips horrible ,The waffle fries were bits and pieces,The fruit cups had a little bit of fruit on top the rest apples , They didn't have any salads , The chocolate milk shake my brother got was good , It cost me 35.00 Wow !!!!!

As usual with Chick-fil-a service was fast and efficient. It was pouring down during our last visit, but we were able to place our order under the covered drive-through without getting wet. Our order was ready in 5 minutes, and we were on our way. Out of our 30+ visits to this location, we have never had an issue

I really hate I have to even put in this review but this is the second time something like this has happened from this location. I work from home and have to order through the chick fil a app doordash picked the order up and were on their way next text I get my order was cancelled with no explanation. I called the store numerous times no one picked up I even left a voicemail no one returned my call. I called the customer support and was told an accident occurred with the dasher and the order was cancelled. Now IF an accident really occurred they have my sympathy but we all know with doordash there is potential they ate the food. I was told the dasher called and told the store but I couldn’t get my order remade and delivered because the order was cancelled. I also didn’t get my 1,000 points back from the order I never received and I was out of my money for a day or two. They need to implement better procedures whether DoorDash picks it up or they drop it off themselves if something occurs and you never get your food you should be called and asked if you want a new delivery or a refund. I could see if the refund was instant and you got your points back and could re order but to just cancel someone’s order never return their call and I gotta call around to find out what took place is not good customer service.
