This chipotle is probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I refuse to order pickup because the burritos are always wrapped terrible. The staff looks miserable. Not just one, but quite literally each and every one of them. There’s not a smile to be found. My last visit, the boy making my burrito refused to even speak. He just stood there and looked at me ask I directed what I wanted, it was the weirdest interaction. The food quality is good which is why I keep coming back, but whoever does the hiring of staff needs to reevaluate who they’re choosing to run their establishment.

Filthy!!! Filthy!!! The establishment has poor management that fails to recognize improper food handling and cleanliness issues, resulting in bad customer service. Manger needs to read these reviews and listen to its customers . Walked out didn’t eat here, disgusting 🤮

I'm not too happy with the virtuallly empty "buckets" of stuff that burn when they run out. I love Chipotle!!! But to see these kinda empty
Buckets ,it sucks . It would be cool if you could make it fresher. Just saying

It was 7pm and their drinks were empty their ice was empty and nearly all their food was "out". I had to find out as i went down the line. Ended with a bowl of another type of meat, rice and go without toppings .... for a meal that i didnt want. Somebody needs to teach them that lack of inventory and customer service skills = no customers no business and no $. If your employees are hiding food to try to clean up early for the next day, you might have the wrong employees working for you.

Not Urs at all

I thought, let me give them a chance since the one in tradition is so disgusting that I’ll take the extra drive . I ask for white rice and they said they don’t have any. It’s 7pm But if you look at the other side for online orders, they have everything full stock. The young kid said I have to wait 15 mins? So management doesn’t prepare for dinner time to have rice or meats ready for the rush?
St Lucie west and tradition chipotle should close down or have better employees to keep it clean and not cross contamination there items

The website doesn’t work ! So I guess not contacting you

Literally eating the food I just bought $70 to be exact the white rice grains are hard as hell no flavor just bland they didn't mix it well and they need to clean up that place a little it's filthy. Also there's a young lady working there tonight white girl wears glasses she looks annoyed and miserable...it's a hit or miss with Chipotle sometimes..

Open til 11 and have no white rice @10:15. The easiest thing to cook, it's unreal. I've never worked at an establishment refusing to offer what's on the menu DURING OPERATIONAL

I will never return to this location. I wanted cilantro on my burrito and have never had an issue with them putting some on. This last time, they refused and said it was policy. The guy was really rude when I asked when that changed and the reason behind it. With no explanation or any more info only attitude, I asked for a manager, and he said I am the manager and walked away. I have since been to two other locations with no problems of getting cilantro on my burritos.

The place is filthy. When someone wrapping up a burrito spills the contents out onto a dirty counter and then sweeps them back in I draw the line. Old rice, dirty container water, old meat were all sitting in a nice bacteria pool of love. Not sure why after all the continued bad press that a place wouldn’t spend an extra minute using a sanitary rag during off hours to clean is beyond me. No wonder why people get sick and don’t want to eat there anymore. I get that people are lazy and work minimum wage, but you’re feeding people so have the decency to at least make an attempt. Sadly, it’s not the first time and this was the straw that broke the camels back. Chipotle lost a long time customer. The counter was dirtier under the burrito wrapper.

This is by far the dirtiest chipotle I have ever been in and to top it off. The grills were filthy. The dining area is filthy. They didn’t have much of anything. I’ll never be back.

If you like crunchy rice, this is the place to eat! Not sure if the rice is simply undercooked or bottom of the barrel or both. It's inconsistent in the grains which leans towards undercooked; bad prep of the rice. The location was empty and seemed clean, but the very loud music was so over stimulating. I was given the Red salsa (Hot) when I asked for the green (Med) so, my bowl is ridiculously spicy now. Food wise I wouldn't know if it tastes good or not with the spice level and hard rice. The customer service was okay. With the lack of customers, I was brushed aside also immediately after my order was finalized and both staff walked away from the area to the back...
