Where else can you get a cotton candy and ice cream burrito. This was a fun place to check out , also a great place to take a pic with a giant plastic cow lol. Tons of ice cream choices and amazingly extravagant milkshakes!!!! Check this place out

Stopped by today on a whim and wasn't disappointed. The sweet girl working the counter was super helpful and just lovely. I was the only person there and she gladly let me sample half a dozen ice creams with a smile. The ice cream is great there. I bought two pints - one gelato and one regular ice cream - both excellent. Please check this place out and support your local ice cream shop. It's so much better than a pint of something mass produced. Ben and Jerry don't need your money.

Visiting from out of state and my first time here. We were welcome right away by Jason and he walked us through our options. Exceptional service and love the freshly made waffle cone. Highly recommend!

We went in at 8:28 when they close at 9. They wouldn’t serve us waffle cones bc they cleaned the machine, couldn’t get cotton candy burritos for the kids bc they had already cleaned that machine. We are a family of 5 they missed out on our money. They continue to put EVERY chair up while we were there looking. No hi, welcome in when we entered, the two co workers just kept eyeballing each other clearly showing that they were upset they had customers during business hours. Just completely unprofessional all the way around.

The I cream was freeze burnt, nothing you ask for they have, the store is disgusting filthy and just gross. My son found a hair in his ice cream they replaced to just find another hair. Then decided to throw the ice cream out. It’s just disgusting all around. So disappointed m. Not sure they will stay in business much longer.
Hopefully the owners can see this.First time Here. There were 3 people who were supposed to be working. Only one kid was while the other two were chatting with friends. Then a teenager has no shirt on walking around like it’s his own personal living room.The people working today were more interested in chatting with friends than working. Makes it uncomfortable for families and frustrating when you can’t order because they want to chat.

The girl working here done a great job tonight, but the boy with blonde in his hair(only saying this so hopefully the employer will see and know who im talking about) completely ignored the long line of people and made the poor girl work by herself with no help what so ever. Not fair at all and wish I knew the owner so I could let them know. Decent ice cream. Very annoyed with the inconsiderate employee. To the girl working.. thank you, I hope you get a better coworker.

i was very impressed with the ice cream cotton candy taco and strawberry ice cream but they also had more then just ice cream also had shave ice with a flavor dispenser with lots of flavors

I was very disappointed in this establishment.( Shake N Cow in port St Lucie) A couple of friends and I decided to meet there since it was a mid point for all of us. Their website stated that they would open at 2pm so we arranged to meet at that time. When we got there we were told that they don't open till 2:30 pm. The attendant was very rude when we pointed out the opening time on the door. She rudely told us to read the paper posted on the door. Needles to say we did not stay and will no longer visit this establishment! In the future make it a point to change the time on your website

Against our better judgment we decided to try this shop out again. Sadly ? it was not a good visit. I got a waffle bowl and they put it into a styrofoam bowl when it was was done cooking it completely melted the bowl around it. I asked if I can have another bowl that wasn't Styrofoam and was told that was all they had. so I asked if it could be put into a paper plate they had a stack of. At this point I'm pretty upset because I had previously mentioned to the very young girl making the waffle bowl that something that hot should not be put into a Styrofoam container or any type of Styrofoam at all it was unhealthy and would melt. Her reply was they never melt and she put it into the Styrofoam bowl anyways which melted. At that point I was completely done and told her to just forget about after I talked to the manager on duty whom was also extremely young. So once again we will not be going back to this shop sadly ? ? ?. There is more to this visit but that was the most upsetting part.
