I go to this location in anticipation of an even closer location opening. The staff is always pleasant and friendly and product knowledgeable. I’m happy to see that the menu has expanded to include cake and pie like cookies.

I ordered online and prepaid in the morning to pick up later in the evening. Upon arrival I still had to wait in line behind everyone, and then they packaged up my order....why not just have it ready to go? Not very streamlined.

Where to start? We ordered these for delivery at 6:47pm.
At 7:50pm we began calling the store to check on them as the app still showed they were being prepared and it showed a delivery time of 7:41pm. I had to call 2 other stores in order to get an update on these.
Was told they were probably out for delivery.
At 8:26pm, the picture below is how they showed up to my neighbors door.
This was another absolute disaster! My kids were very sad and I am outright disappointed.

I order from Crumbl regularly and I always enjoy the cookies! Depending on when you go the store gets super crowded and it’s difficult to tell when your order is ready. A better system for that is suggested, so with that being said order via the app.
