chef carlos & his team elevated my wedding exactly the way i imagined it plus more! they promised, showed off and delivered! great communication with the event coordinator and my guests are still raving about how good the food was! we did a authentic elevated Mexican cuisine and it was the best we ever had! you can also enjoy their food at their cafe772 restaurant locations in the treasure coast i believe they have 3 locations!

I had the pleasure of hiring CT Catering for my wedding. The price was beyond reasonable, especially considering the insanely high quality of the food. We had the prime rib carving station... it has now been two months and I cannot stop thinking about that steak. Carlos is an amazing professional. He had good communication with both myself and the venue. I will happily use them again and check out his several restaurants. Some people are simply amazing at what they do and Carlos is one of them.

We had them cater our daughter's birthday party. They were spot on knowing how much food we needed. Their Ropa Vieja, Chicken Birria, beans, rice and sweet plantains tasted amazing. It was the best we have ever had! All our guests kept raving about how incredibly delicious and flavorful the food was. We will definitely order from them again!

I called this number, and a very aggressive man just started throwing all kinds of insults at me. He wouldn’t let me speak and kept yelling curses and nasty words. I have no idea what was going through his head, but he left a terrible impression of his business. I was with my 9-year-old daughter, who told me the man must be crazy, and she was really shaken by it.

We just had our wedding on 11/23/24 and our food was amazing. We chose to do chicken and ropa vieja. A lot of our guests stated that they enjoyed their dinner as well as the appetizers for cocktail hour. The staff was great! They made sure we had appetizers waiting at our table since we were taking pictures during cocktail hour. Thank you for providing us with such a great service!
