Wow! What an amazing experience! I hired CT catering for my company’s corporate meeting, and what an incredible job by Carlos and his team! Not only was the food delicious (as always), but the service was top tier! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This was our second time having CT catering, and we will definitely look to have them again in the future!

The food was amazing, we absolutely loved the chicken and waffle and churro appetizers! They came in and set up seamlessly and we got all our food and cake with perfect timing with stellar service. Thank you all so much for helping our event run perfectly!

We used CT Catering for our wedding food, we had a taco bar and everyone loved it! We also had beautiful charcuterie boards during cocktail hour that the guest devoured. The board were very quick to get replenish as well! All the food had so much flavor and was freshly made, the process was very simple once we had decided on our menu. The owners were very personable, the staff did an amazing job with serving and clearing tables. Thank you for making the process so easy!

Chef Carlos & his team are professional & provide an amazing display of food for any event.Quality & taste is outstanding. The variety of cruisine will not disappoint along with the service and overall presentation. Highly recommend this caterer for all event needs.Best food you will have !

I cannot say enough, CT Catering is the most professional and most down to earth catering company I’ve ever encountered. Carlos and his servers were attentive throughout our entire wedding. He and his staff were personable and well-mannered with our guests, it was almost as if they were family! Don’t get me started with their food! Everything was extremely savory! Since I love Cafe 772, I used CT Catering for a graduation party last weekend choosing to go with a buffet style Taco "Stand". Everyone LOVED it (as did I of course!). The food was sensational, we had Birria and Chicken as our proteins, did NOT disappoint! Our server was Gianna and she was just awesome, so professional and so eager to help! Looking forward to my next event or dinner party! Oh and the street corn side... to die for. The layer dip was also incredible!!! Literally everyone at my party raved about the food.

They catered our dinner theatre show and the food was fantastic! The chef worked with to create a wonderful menu. The audience especially enjoyed the chicken francaise and macarons. They were professional, friendly, and food was delicious and seasoned perfectly! I highly recommend!

CT Catering is TOP NOTCH A++++++!!!! We hired Carlos and Ashley to cater our sons wedding last weekend. I’ll start by saying the food was AMAZING, FULL OF FLAVOR, BEAUTIFUL SET UP AND PRESENTATION!!! Check out that gorgeous plate!!! Not only is the food amazing - their customer service is also TOP NOTCH!! From our first meeting, to our event, Carlos and Ashley were on top of every single detail. Ordered from this company for a small party and the food was a big hit. Carlos worked with me from day one, very responsive, excellent communication. We worked on the menu and I went with 3 appetizers, half and half entrees. The Tostones con Lomo were phenomenal, I wanted left overs but that didn’t happen. The yucca and lomo pinchos were delicious. We had a charcuterie table and it was beautiful and everything was fresh and so good. The chicken was the best, which came with a green sauce that my guests decided to put on everything. 100/100, will never use a different company. Give them a try!

Used Carlos at CT for my wedding and I booked too closely for a tasting but if you’re thinking about it, go for it!! Great price, service and everyone loved the food it was great!! Almost nothing left and that says something
