Been coming there for over 2 and 1/2 years and we've always shared a dinner last night we were there we shared a dinner and for the first time ever I was charged for additional salad as one of the sides of the other person we shared with the spaghetti I had was just like mush there was so much water in the dish it was like eating soup instead of spaghetti sauce and we usually have a whole piece of meat we usually get veal last night we chose chicken the chicken was cut in half the salad that we were charged for was on a side plate not even a bowl and was just slapped onto the plate of lettuce two pieces of tomato no olives and the sala dsg in the middle of the plate it wasn't even any room to eat the food that's the first time we were ever charged for that I spoke to the management he could care less , and we were a very good customer we go in there quite often we're in there weekly for sure on Fridays and get veal cutlet dinner every Friday to go and I am a rewards member as well I will not be returning there besides the food not being up to par , getting charged for a salad that was just a piece of garbage that was so served in a plate not even a bowl a little side dish plate and the food was really terrible like I said there was so much water in the spaghetti sauce and the spaghetti I had was like mush and it wasn't even spaghetti I think it was capellini

I have been eating food from Da Vinci's for the last 33 years. Have always had great service and great food. Placed to-go order last night. Two Italian subs two orders of parmesan garlic fries. The last time I ordered this it was delicious. Last nite, horrible. I understand that I asked for oil and vinegar on the subs, but the subs were completely soggy like a sponge. Way too much. The meats and veggies were good but... if they roll isn't, it ruins the sub. Fry's had barely any parmesan cheese and they too were mushy, tasted old. I was told my order would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes and I was there within 20 minutes and my order was already sitting on the counter bagged and ready to go. So the timing was right and the cashier was nice but the food was not good at all. I don't think I want to take a chance of ordering this meal again for $40☹️
The waitress was very friendly & prompt to take our order & was very good at her job? She kept coming back to make sure that everything was good! The food was very tasty & I would come back again!

We accidentally came late (they close at 8 pm - we got there at 7:41 pm thinking they were open until 9 pm). The food was excellent - the best we have had as far as Italian food since living in PSL (10 years)!!! We ordered the Fettuccini Ashley + shrimp with a side salad, the lasagna with the white bean soup, the garlic knots, the Moscato, a Yuengling, and a tiramisu. The waitress was covering a late rush and closing and was still pleasant. The prices were amazing! We will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free available!
