The food was ok, the service was bad, the people that works there are not friendly at all, it took about an hour to be served and no one came to ask if everything is ok. They need to have personnel that are professional.

its good , but doesn't compare to a miami colombian place. but if you dont want to make the drive its good. the sausage was overcooked and the arepa as well. they didn't have half the juices available missing a bunch of desserts. dont think all the options on the menu are available. the employees are not rude but not friendly. atmosphere is okay.

I am so disappointed on this place the food wasnāt that good at all. And the service sucks she never came to check on us if everything came out good or if we needed anything bad services. On top of that they add the tip for them on the bill and that not right because they not doing their job checking on their customers. Never coming back hereā¦.

The food at this place is great, which is why my two friends and I decided to give it another try ā but the service was once again terrible. We were served by the same waitress as before. The first time, she seemed to be in a bad mood, and we let it go, thinking maybe she was just having a rough day.
This time, it was even worse. She took forever to come to our table, brought our drinks one by one with 10-minute gaps in between, and gave us the wrong appetizer. After nearly an hour of waiting with still no food, we told her weād just pay for the drinks and leave. She rolled her eyes and slammed the check on the table.
As much as we enjoy the food, the attitude and treatment are not worth it. We wonāt be coming back.

ABSURDO!
You have to be Latin or Spanish to feel welcomed as a white family we basically got looked at by the 3 girls that was working like no one wanted to take our table not even a hello when we walked in I had to ask if we can have a table and the girl pointed to the table with a look on her face like we just didn't belong our server was not bad but it seemed like they definitely catered to the Spanish people we sat there while others got good prompt service no refills not a check back to see how everything was while they looked at us from across the bar speaking in Spanish laughing our way .. to me it was a uncomfortable feeling for my family we won't be back!!! . & I tipped 20 $ just so they know to do better treat people better . we was there to eat not feel out of place!!!! . Maybe put a sign up at the door that's let's ppl know if your not Spanish to not even bother shame on you girls !

Horrendous service from staff.
Go to La Paisita or La Parada instead.
Wait staff was incredibly rude.

Extremely shocked and disappointed with Delicias de la Abuela. We were a party of 5 and heard from friends that this restaurant was a good option for Colombian food in this area. We showed up at 8:20 (close to closing time, we know but online the hours say until 9 PM on Sundays). I spoke to a waitress and she told me that theyāre closed (meanwhile, there is like 14 people in the restaurant). I asked her, ādonāt you guys close at 9 PM?ā and she stays quiet and gives me a look with attitude. My mother in law is outside of the door with crutches and she asks the waitress if they are in fact closed because online it says 9 PM. The same waitress gives her attitude and says that she is going to ask the kitchen. Ten minutes pass and we see her this whole time working in the front but not coming back to my mother in law (who I repeat, is in crutches with a broken ankle standing waiting for her response outside). My sister in law then goes back in and asks and also mentioned that her mom has been waiting for her response and she made a noise with her mouth, rolled her eyes, and just left. There was one gentleman that stepped in and he finally shared that there was a large party that came and they ran out of food. Suggestions: donāt list this restaurant as closing at 9 PM if your employees donāt want to serve past 8:20 PM and hire employees that are kind and considerate.
