Duffy's Sports Grill

Absolutely terrible, we were visiting from.Ireland, and recommended to visit Duffys in Port St Lucie. So upset, we were completely ignored, both at the entrance, waiting to be seated, and then at the table!!! Not a sign of a waiter/ waitress, for over 6 minutes, I've always heard of the terrific service in USA, but honestly, we got up and left, and went to Millars ale house, where we actually were wanted as customers!!!!

It was lunch, but you can tell they are understaffed. The bar area is classic Duffys!! The menu is great, I will definitely be back.

Can on Friday 2/28 at 615pm. The bartender was swing bottled. Been rude to her co workers/servers that was waiting on her to make her drinks. I sat at the bar. And was nice and smiled because I can tell she was having a bad day. She addressed me rude and said what you want to drink aggressively. at themis point I told her sorry your having a bad day and my and my boyfriend left.

Over an hour and never served other groups that came in after us, with a different server, were served, finished their meal and left.

WENT ON SUNDAY 1/5/25. AROUND 2:15 P.M WE ARRIVE MY FAMILY A TOTAL OF 3 PEOPLE. WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS A 10 TO 15 MINUTE WAIT. ENDED UP WAITING ABOUT 30 AS WE WERE BEING SEATED NOTICED MANY EMPTY BOOTHS AND TABLES. PROBABLY 90% OF THE DINING AREA OPEN. SAID OK MAYBE THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED. WAITRESS TALKED SO LOW I COULD NOT HEAR ONE WORD, THINKING SHE MUST BE NEW TO IT AND POSSIBLY SCARED. WAITED OVER AN HOUR ASKED ABOUT OUR ORDER I GET A ANSWER I COULD NOT HEAR SHE WALKS AWAY SO THINKING SHE WAS CHECKING ON IT. SHE BRINGS ANOTHER DRINK BACK AND WALKS AWAY. I ASK HER AGAIN SAID IF OUR FOOD IS NOT READY I NEED TO PAY WHAT WE OWE AND GO. ALSO ONLY ORDERED 2 HAMBURGERS AND BONELESS WINGS SHOULDN'T TAKE LONG. SHE COMES BACK AND SAID THEY LOST THE TICKET. WORST SERVICE EVER. NO MANAGEMENT OR MANAGER TO CHECK ON CUSTOMERS. ENDED UP PAYING OVER 45 DOLLARS. DO NOT GO

I visited this Duffy's location for the first time on a weekday afternoon. Although it was quiet, it took a minute for someone to greet us at the hostess stand. Our server who was also a bartender, was friendly, but attention was sporadic, with refills only offered when requested.

The mozzarella sticks and ahi tuna nachos were highlights, while the kids' mac 'n cheese was store-bought Kraft. The firecracker shrimp tacos were enjoyable. Overall, the food was satisfying, but the service could use improvement.

Not a fan anymore. Hasn't been the same since 2020. Food was changed. Wait staff used to be able to wear their own jerseys which made the atmosphere more fun. It's really sad

It's not a bad place to get food. Duffy's has upped their game in the last couple of years.

I usually like Duffys but I didn't have the best experience at this one. They were not busy at all but we waited a while to be seated. I got the peppermint martini, it was a small glass and it was only half full. The stuffed shrimp was good however my dinner salad came out after my meal. They were having trivia night and it was unpleasantly loud. However, our waitress was really sweet and attentive.

The place was new and clean, we were seated and greeted immediately. Got drinks timely. (And to keep the positive at the top, the wings delivered with our dinner were delicious) That's where things dropped off. We got our appetizer delivered, never got asked how it was, waited another 20 minutes before our order was taken. Had empty drinks for quite awhile, and the food was delivered burnt to a crisp. No one should have let that meal leave the window. Not once did we get asked how our meal was until it was too late to get it replaced. It took everything in me to tip 20% but I couldn't under tip.

Waitress was seen maybe 3 times in the 3 hours we were there. I even got up to look for my own plates and napkins since she wasn't coming around. Our burgers came out mooing. Even after being sent back, they still came out a second time raw. Definitely won't be coming back.

Decent menu with hardly any real wait time. I really appreciate the card that builds up for later use. Girls are cordial managers friendly with many channels for sports. The Onion soup along with the chili were excellent. When busy you may have to wait a bit.

We love ribs, and these were fall off the bone delicious! Our server was awesome! Oh, and the Shamrock pie...perhaps our new favorite! We will be back!
