In the drive thru for 5 min beeping my horn and no one came to the window store number 338692 around 7:35 pm on Wednesday June 11th. I could literally see the person cleaning inside. Terrible customer service and never coming back to this location again.

This coffee straight up is watered down! I refuse to believe this is coffee. As a coffee addict… lol I know what fresh brewed coffee tastes like and even coffee that sat. This ain’t it! If you guys are watering down your coffee… please for the love of guys STOP! It’s horrible!

If I could give zero stars I would. Food was gross, hard and old. Asked for light ice in my coffee and they claimed that’s how much coffee I get. Spend over 20 dollars for this garbage. They also forgot utensils and napkins

I go to this Dunkin EVERY MORNING before work/ school.. the same employees make my drink(s) every time and they are always on point! Although today, when I ordered my large hot pumpkin spice signature latte, I was given an almost black coffee. I was surprised and severely disappointed in my Dunkin… I care about you guys that work there so out of love I say please do better not just for me but for your other customers!

I love DD I go there just about everyday and get smacking bacon ? not at this location though but I come here quite often cause it’s around the corner. This is NOT how this bacon suppose to look why is it orange and flimsy it don’t even have the maple syrup on it. I’m taking with back as soon as I’m done with my appointment. I spend lots of money with DD not get what I want. Will not be returning here.

This is my first time at this branch, and I am truly shocked. I ordered food and received something inedible. If the food is visibly dry, it would be better not to serve it to customers. I am very disappointed and will be coming in soon to request a refund.
