I went a few minutes before closing through the drive thru...everything was still there..donuts etc...they had not even cleaned out because it was supposed to be open and the two guys that were there had direct eye contact with me I asked 3 times are you guys already closed they chose to ignore me looked at me and went hide inside. Unbelievable. They could've just said is closed..simple..not ignore and hide. It was 8:50 pm.

I had an issue with my order. The person who took my order got it wrong and added more stuff I did not order. At checkout, I told them I did not want all the extra stuff they charged me for and the manager came to the window and stated “next time you have to make sure you order right “ very rude! According to the carrier the manager’s name is Rafael. So Rafael, what about if next time you are not sure about the order, double check and asked the person to make sure it is right!

Dunkin when was dunkin doughnuts was excellent affordable and pleasant. But they changed trying to be a fancy cafe... so the prices are high for basic service and food. I avoid dunkin at all cost. Macdonalds has was better coffee and regular

Currently been standing in line for almost 30 minutes and one person has been helped because they couldn’t figure out incorrect change. No manager here on a Saturday morning rush? After ordering I was charged $4 for a medium hot coffee with 4 cream and then they forgot to make it as I stood and waited another 15 minutes.

It is unfortunate that I received the wrong order. Via the mobile app, the additional things that I was asking for that I had previously paid for, were refused to meet at the window. I have my children with me. It is a Sunday morning and showing my receipt to the woman at the window twice she still refused to give me my items. Another person a gentleman came to the window, showed him my receipt, and he refused to also give me the items in which I think they were holding someone else’s mobile order receipt in their hands. For the quick service and having my children with me, it was the only reason I’m using the mobile app, but I am upset that now I have to conduct a refund through my application. I will not be visiting the store again, even though it’s the closest to me, but I think the manager should probably respond to me or train his staff much better.

I wish I could give zero stars….First of all, the kitchen and food/coffee prep areas are absolutely disgusting. The service is even worse. Don’t bother coming here unless you want to wait at least 20 minutes to even get noticed and then an additional 30 minutes for them to get around to making your coffee, and that’s if they make it right.
