Horrible service. My coffee is absolutely disgusting. Watered down old coffee at best is what it is. I paid for cold foam it wasn’t put on the drink I asked for it and they literally argued that they’re not supposed to put it on then sprayed it on top of the lid instead of on the coffee. If you hate your job so much find somewhere else to work.

I ordered munchkins, a donut, coffee and 3 bagels with cream cheese. They had almost no cream cheese at all. I get to my destination and now that's what I have to give my people.

I ordered a bacon and cheese croissant through the drive-through, while on the way to work. When I finally decide to look in the bag, the sandwich is ice cold the croissant is cold. The cheese is not melted, and the sandwich is hard. I can’t understand what the hell they were thinking.
I'm so disappointed with the service, we entered and no one looked at us, no one told you anything, the employees just pass in front of us, but no one says anything, no one says wait please now we attend them nothing. We leave the place without able to order because no one even looked at us, the place is empty, now I know why.
Today at 1pm… the cashier was rude to another gentleman. The gentleman ordered a coffee and waited 10+ minutes which wasn’t the issue. The issue was that myself and others ordered drinks and food after him and we recieved our orders before his and he asked where his drink was. The lady behind cash register got it for him and was rude saying it was only 10 minutes. It was the fact he got his drink after others got their food and drinks. Terrible service I felt bad for the gentleman . They weren’t busy at all, just slow and rude. Very disappointed and will not return

The coffee was basically coloured water. When I pointed it out to a staff she dumped some out and added espresso to it. I am certain they forgot to add the coffee to the filter and the last batch added colour. The donuts were blah. Whoever says Dunkin is the best either has no taste or we found the worst experience out there.

If I could give a 0 I would. I went through the drive through got food. Received my hashbrowns in a plastic bag, not only that it was dirty with melted cheese on it. If they ran out of hashbrown bags they could’ve put it in anything else BUT plastic.

Walked in at 5:30 pm to order an expresso and the young kids working already shut down the machine. So I asked what time do you all close and they answered “ the door says 8 o’clock. I think the manager needs to go over what customer service is with his/her employees.
Closest dunkin to my work and i can’t even rely on coming here because every time i do, immediate regret. i can tell, and i know the employees can tell, that my coffees should never be as light as they are. the employees don’t care and that’s why you never see the same one each time you visit. this location is such a dud i hope it gets condemned along with anyone in it.

I understand Friday’s are busy but this was the worst service!!! All three of my drinks were not filled to the top… I asked for mocha and it was not added. When trying to get attention of any workers they ignored me. They were not measuring the espresso right as well. (They filled the espresso in a cup and was just pouring in random amounts) Never coming back. Do better.
Absolutely disappointed. I have been here daily for the last 6+ months. Sure, there have been times my order was made wrong but not a big deal as mistakes are made. But today, not only was my order completely wrong after I had already driven away, but I was given attitude by both the staff member & the store manager. The excuse for the team members horrible attitude was “they are all new, you have to have more patience”.. this location cannot hold onto any staff members & it’s no wonder why. Horrible upper management & customer service. The only angel that has always been a light every morning no matter what is Diana. That sweet woman deserves the world. Corporate needs to reevaluate the upper management at this location ASAP.
