I ordered a pancake wrap and they gave me a tortilla wrap instead without asking if I wanted something else but they let me choose something else when I said something about it. They also forgot my specialty donut because it was discontinued and they also would’ve let me go without it but when I said something they let me get a different donut. This one girl helped me and she was nice and helpful. Their food is not good but their donuts are good sometimes.

I have now had TWO online orders totally messed up at this location. One was in the past few days a medium iced black coffee....stood there in the store waiting for black iced coffee to be poured over ice.Then the young woman with glasses training the middle aged woman taught her to make a frozen coffee WRONG WRONG WRONG with HALF the caramel (we ordered double which would be 4 for a small) DOUBLE the size dispenser of cream, Cream C Small....but pressed TWICE and then she didn't even put in the coffee syrup.Just blended it.Then when I asked them to reblend it WITH COFFEE syrup....they dumped the whole coffee with double the cream AND whip cream in it. Didn't even swipe the whip cream off into the trash before blending it with coffee.Please stop just doing it however you want. It's a high calorie disgusting mess instead of a blended treat.It was fuggin' disgusting.My friend was told today that the white chocolate hazelnut frozen only comes as hot or iced and that's just wild....because it's a syrup that goes in the frozen coffees as well.Get it together.

I got iced coffee today 01/26/2024. I drank most of my coffee and saw a long hair inside the cup, pulled it up with the straw to make sure it was inside and it was. I tried calling and get a fax machine. Prior visits iced latte was iced milk. They forget to add flavor when I ordered it. They are slow and incompetent employees. Horrible!!!

Worst DD I've ever been to. I am a very frequent customer and the location had no espresso, no donuts, no hasbrowns...mind you it was only 12pm. Absolutely will never return here.
Not sure why one would need to wait 20 minutes in a drive through at a place that literally has food requiring ZERO preparation. Get to the cashier and told they don't have one of the items I asked for. Total was $6:07. I give him a $5 bill and two $1's... After a long puzzled stare at the cash drawer and a conversation with two co-workers, he then asks me if I wanted my change back. ?? Of course I want my .93 cents.....yikes

I usually only order from this Dunkin I used to only like this one but seems like since they got all these people in there that don’t know what they’re doing and how to try and fix a problem with an order. Excellent service by the lady and man who was in training. Will be happy to stop back in again.
The staff is nice but never have I had the same iced coffee made so consistently inconsistent. Yesterday you forgot the flavor and now today its nothing but flavor!! Can't even drink it even after all the ice has melted. $4 a day just to constantly be let down by the quality - I'm done. Dunkin has officially gone down the drain for me.
