They missed my drink order. Problem is they won’t acknowledge you if you walk up to them. I literally finally yelled and still no one would even look at me. Finally the new girl came up and asked me what my order was. Waited 25 minutes for my drink!!!

Don’t waste your time. The staff was rude/unfriendly, the wait was way too long, and after standing in line I found out they didn’t even have the oat milk I ordered. On top of that, the building was uncomfortably hot, which made the whole experience worse.

Our next family vacation adventure take us to Dunkin located inside of Port St. Lucie-Fort Pierce Service Plaza with a category of 1.6 and more than 142 reviews.
Today on my way to my vacation destination Kissimmee I decided to have a coffee at this place, I love to drink and enjoy a good and delicious coffee, but my experience was very disappointing and I do not recommend it. I never thought of giving a star to a place when the quality of what they offer is not what one expects. We have to share the story so that it does not happen to more people.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’. From the moment I got in line, the lady taking my order was rude and kept cutting me off, saying they didn’t have anything I asked for. I finally ordered a mango refresher (which I’ve had before and liked), but it tasted awful this time. When I asked for a cup of ice, another employee just said “no” with attitude.

I ended up calling the manager to get a refund because both the customer service and the food were terrible. The manager didn’t even acknowledge my complaints or apologize. Overall, very disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back.

I didn't know service could be this bad. Asked for 2 hot coffees w french vanilla swirl sweetener. I was told i can ask for the sweetener when served. That was strange. When I got the coffees i asked for the swirl. The girl pumped two shots in a separate cup and handed it to me. I asked, you dont put it in the coffee? She said, you can do it yourself. Their floor was gross. Their counters were full of spilled milk/cream everywhere. They were miserable employees. No management. Next time I'm getting coffee next door.

I can not even believe that 2 Dunkin Donuts coffees can wait 25 minutes from the moment of ordering and another 10 minutes to wait, but there are 4 people working ! Everything is so slow that it is easier to get off the road and order elsewhere, it will be faste

I had to refunded my order because the service is so rude also making the wrong orders. Worst service ever,hopefully I get my refund back soon. I don’t recommend this place 0 stars

ridiculous customer service. only will take your order on kiosk will not help you when you have a problem. The lady working May 27 2025 at 5am. so rude. The store is killing the franchise name. Please help it fast. 10 minutes for a cup of coffee when there was only two people in line ridiculous

If I could rate this place 0/5, I would. I arrived late at night intending to purchase just one doughnut. There was a man in front of me in line, and the cashier at the adjacent register was casually chatting with another man, discussing someone. When I asked if the store was open, I was told to wait. After standing there for a few minutes without any further acknowledgment, the man in front of me left, and I did the same. Moreover, while I was waiting, the same cashier glanced at me and laughed in a very disrespectful manner, which made me feel mocked as a customer. It shows only unprofessionalism and poor customer service standards in their work.

Disgusting coffee. The attendant asked 4 times on what we ordered even though it was on the order screen. Then he made the nastiest most horrible drinks ever. How he managed to serve luke warm coffee direct from the machine is a mystery. Go drink toilet water instead of this crap.
