Absolutely unreal wait time for a coffee. Ten minutes after ordering. Restrooms should have been cleaner.

food was not well-made. there was two black girls, and one tall white boy. I asked them to change my milk from dairy to oat. and one of the black said “y’all play too much”. very rude. The white boy slammed our drinks on the table and had a sour attitude. very disappointed

Go somewhere else. Edwidge will mistreat you and be one of the rudest human beings you’ll ever encounter. And it wasn’t just to us, we watched her mistreat every customer that got in line while we waited for our meal.

As for the food, it’s Dunkin. Same as you’ll get at any other Dunkin. Food being decent is the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 but it’s not worth the mistreatment.

Worst experience that I had, it was at the moon and this was the only shop opened in Port St. Lucie, I asked for a coffee brew and it took more than 15 minutes to be prepared.

Asked for a regular coffee which was terrible, went back nicely to tell them so they can offer me an exchange or something but instead they litteraly laugh at me and told me to add sugar, so I just threw it away and lost my money, I will never buy here again

My husband and I usually pick this particular location because he has come here for years and liked the manager that ran this location Ms. Jean. Unfortunately, the last 3 times we have come here, there is always a shift change and customers can't order food. We have been lucky for the most part as we get in before that happens. Today was a little bit later in the morning, there are 2 gentlemen before me, waiting to order. They were told they need to use the kiosk, well the kiosk doesn't always have the choice of what you want. Fortunately, another young lady by the name of Brittany came to the register and took his order. We were able to order our food but as soon as we did another lady came out of the kitchen and said the kitchen is closed due to shift change. This lady proceeded to serve one of the service employees and then told her co-worker, she is going to go look for I am assuming the other co-worker that initially wouldn't take orders. I would say that would have been ok if there was no one in line but there were about 5 people and Brittany to serve all of them. Brittany was amazing and we told her to keep doing what she is doing. I am sorry that Brittany has to be a part of this two Star review (the only reason for the 2 stars is because Brittany herself was great) she personally deserved 5* and all the while kept her cool.

Coincido con las bajas valoraciones . Ordené a través de la pantalla de pedidos. Pensaba que iba a ser más rápido y una espera interminable . Trato nulo y desagradable , despersonalizándome , por parte de las dependientas de este establecimiento. Considero que una cadena global como Dunkin’ Donuts no debería de tener este trato al cliente . Muy mal.

Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me “We are not serving food at the moment.” The least they could do was to put a sign letting customers know they don’t have food.

This place deserves award for the worst employees and management I stopped for a bagel at 6:00 am they send only coffee and donuts other food start at 6:00 am but workers never there on time they usually 15-20 minutes late waited 20 minutes no one showed 3 workers didn’t know how to spread cheese on a bagel it’s rocket science we had to wait for a specialist who’s never on time. Busy place like this deserves better management it will do great unfortunately you see lots of people leaves the line because of slow service.

THIS DUNKIN DONUTS STORE ARE VERY CYBERNETIC AND SOCIAL AMONG THE EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES SINCE THEY LEAVE THE CUSTOMER UNATTENDED AND THEY DEDICATE THEM TO CONVERSING AND ATTENDING THEIR CELL PHONES AND TO TOPTOP THEY HAVE NO TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE VERY RUDE. IT'S A STORE DISASTER ?

Employee at the counter extremely rude. I was trying to order coffee and she said price but I couldn’t understand what she was mumbling so I asked again but she didn’t respond ( because she was on phone and touching her nose) so I put money on counter. She started looking at me and with bad attitude she asked if I just going to leave money on the counter instead to handed over to her. ( Of course I will, but you ignored me the whole time I was there) So I politely picked up my money and started to leave when she started laughing and waving.
