Went to pick up an order today that I sent through the mobile app granted they were closed when I arrived due to the storm and I understand but the money was taken off the card so I was hoping to talk to the two girls I seen inside just to ask them to cancel the order on their end so I can get my money put back on my card in a few days but instead they just laughed at the drive thru window and ignored me. It’s frustrating to deal with teenagers that have no professionalism but then again what do you expect from a bunch of teenagers

We evacuated from Tampa for Hurricane Milton and are staying at a local hotel. Went to Dunkin this morning and it was packed! The young lady at the register (I believe her name is Amberly) was AMAZING!! She was taking and filling orders, training what appeared to “newbies” on how to prepare orders, put paper in the printer, directing customers to lines for ordering and pick ups all while keeping her composure and a beautiful smile on her face. My husband commenting that “if the other 6 employees would get out of her way she could run that place by herself!” Great job Amberly!

how many times they gonna forget to put the coffee in my drink and not want to help fix it ???? tired of wasting money on drinks improperly made. horrible service, your at work not at home on ur couch speak up and learn customer service .

This dunkin is unfortunate. Every single time I place a pick up order items are missing from the order. If you order a specific donut they’ll give you the wrong one and argue to your face that it is the right donut. The manager has the same smug attitude as the workers. I pay for a certain food I expect it. I don’t expect to be told I was given the right thing when i’m showing them I wasn’t.

Hot coffee + poorly designed cup and lid = burnt hand and spilled coffee all in my car. Just left drive thru and the lid on the hot coffee was loose and the cup collapsed in my hand and the hot coffee spilt everywhere where. Immediately the drive thru attendant blamed me. This is a consistent issue with their cups and lids all over the country.

Sadly, management here doesn't value their customers. Requesting "lighter" ice on the app justifies a half full cup of coffee and a major attitude from the manager. Even after paying extra $1.05 for specialty milk. My toasted bagel was also really dense and chewy like it got wet or maybe was stale? Very disappointed...Don't waste your time.

Okay I don’t typically review fast food places but after my experience today I absolutely had to! Every time I come here I’m greeted in the most friendly way. This location is newer so it’s clean it’s aesthetic. I had a very pleasant experience with Rich who greeted my with a big smile on his fac it was a wonderful way to start my day! Something as simple as a smile and politeness really goes a long way. He even made sure to ask if he was pronouncing my name correctly! Thanks so much Rich.

I usually come to this location and I have never had any type of issues until today. I placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru to picked it up as usual. Today, I waited like 10 mins and no one was at the drive thru window, I honked my horn, I knocked at the window and nothing… my only option left was to slide the window and say: “Hello” after that a girl came to me and she was giving me attitude saying that it was only the two of them… I understand if you are short staff and really busy people/customers can wait a little longer, but I was the only customer at the drive thru and I all I saw was a guy (the one with glasses) talking to a girl wearing a Blaze Pizza shirt. After that, the guy came to the window to give me the order with a smirk on his face. And the DD worker (the girl) was laughing as well as the one with the Blaze Pizza Shirt too. I fell so uncomfortable that I couldn’t drink my coffee nor eat my donut cause who knows what they did/put to it. The worst customer service !!!
