Yeah would never come back to this dunkin. Rather drive up the road to a different one. I asked for no ICE and they lied saying they cant do no ice. Which is bull because all the other dunkins I go to, they give me no ice. So I asked if she can give me as less ice as possible. They still filled my cup 80% ice so they obviously dont give a crap. Spend the extra gas and go to a different one until they get better employees.

I went to get a cookie dough latte. which they only have it in an ice coffee asked for it’s just to be made in a latte. its was great i came back within 20 mins to get another. Lady stated they didn’t have it at all and i stated did you guys just run out ? because i was just here. she said “ we’ve been telling everyone we don’t have it all morning so you must’ve went somewhere else. and i stated no i have the other drink right next to me. and told her my number and drink order. and the first time around i wanted to ask the lady to confirm i got 3 pumps of cookie dough and 1 vanilla bean. drink wasn’t good at all. and just actually so sad couldve been nicer or told me what my actual drink was then instead insinuating things.

Well, this location certainly makes Door Dashers and Uber Eats drivers feel like second class citizens 🙄. Walked into this location today and it was busy. Waited 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 3 customers that came in after me got their sandwiches before me.

Christen was very helpful i got here before they closed the drive thru guy refused to serve me although they weren't close but Christen went above and beyond for me and made my coffee greatly appreciated Christen . I ĺ

I’m almost certain I got day old coffee rolls bought two they were cold and flat and then not to mention every time I go the coffee is so hot to the point that it has no flavor. It’s like the water is burning the grounds and it just tastes bitter figured I’d give them a try and this is the last time and it seems like the owner or manager that’s there is always rude to her own employees. She always has something smart to say.

I've lived here 6 months I never had a decent experience at this lcation. The services beyond slow and the attitudes of the staff need adjusted. We order online and wait almost 30 minutes to pick it up because they move so slow. Other Duncan locations get you through the line no matter how long it is within 5 minutes. Yesterday my card was charged twice and they told my husband that they lost my order and it wasn't there. He walked outside to call me walk back in and there was the food. One order when they charged me twice. Yes I'll happily do your survey. This location needs lots of work

We just left this dunkin’ donuts on Sunday morning and the woman at the window was amazing. Her customer service was perfect and the service was fast and great. She really made our Sunday morning! Shout out to her and this awesome location 🩷
