Dunkin'

I went there today. They had water leaking all over the floor that they were trying to clean up and there were roaches running around on the counter when I get outside. I threw my donuts away. We’ll never go back there again.

Slow!!! No enthusiasm, unprofessional, look like everyone didn't want to be there. Vibe was off for sure

I waited in the drive thru line with 2 people in front of me for like 30 minutes. Nobody ever bothered to take any orders. If I had not done a mobile order, I would have left and gone ANYWHERE else. I will not be visiting this Dunkin ever again.

I wish I could give this a negative 5… Rodshell took our order was super rude. She needs any other job than the one she has dealing with people. She seemed to be aggravated when she took our order, not quite sure why then when she took our money that seemed to aggravate her too… handing us a receipt really made her mad because for some reason, she kinda slung it toward us again I have no Idea what made Rodshell This angry this morning. I kind of feel like if you hate your job this bad find another one anyway I would stay away from this Dunkin’ Donuts at least as long as Rodshell Is there.

Absolutely disgusting! There was MOLD in my sandwich! They do not answer the phones. This place needs to be shut down. I’ll be contacting corporate to show them these pictures.

They didnt know what a coffee no sugar, with half and half was. I guess its different down here? It took 3 times to get the coffee right...

I went at 7:50 and was told were closed even though they don’t close until 8

Yeah this place was so nasty. The quality of the food is horrible. My bagel was old and stale and inside the eggs and cheese had black burnt parts. You can tell they don’t clean the toaster or griddle. And the overall smell of my food was just gross. Never thought you could mess up a food chain but this place did.

Great coffee!

I ordered the sliders and they were stone cold. I had to turn around and go back to DD to get them warmed up some more. The cook said they were hot . I took his word grab the bag get back in the truck my Husband took a bite and they were still cold in the center and to make it bad it was some fresh sliders that was given to me. We had somewhere to be and this was making us late. I love DD but at this rate I might have to slow down going there if the employees are just going to give the customers cold food. The first set of sliders you could feel the cold through the bag.

I found a used period pad inside my strawberry jam donut and the blood was very jelly-like but it tasted so good

Every time I try to give Dunkin a chance it almost never goes well. Just go down the street to Starbucks and save your money and frustration. A long wait time at the drive through with no apologies.
