I ordered donuts for pick up. The app said they were preparing my order. When my order was being picked up an hour later, I got a phone call saying they didn't have any donuts and the store closed shortly after. Horrible. They had 1 hour to tell me they didn't have donuts.

I ordered a L iced cappuccino with caramel and liquid cane sugar... not difficult and got a large iced coffee no caramel one liquid cane sugar -_-
The staff super polite and they make my iced coffee perfect. Dd also has the BEST iced tea ???❤️❤️??

Service had changed in the last two years. Not as friendly, seems like they rush at the window & I often have to remind them I have more food I need that was in my order. Quality of food has changed and it’s the best anymore either.
