The service is hit or miss. Sometimes the person taking the order is friendly, and sometimes they’re monotonous. Unfortunately, this is my nearest Dunkin’, but I would recommend only coming here if you have all day to wait for your order.

I cannot express the anger i feel after ordering a HOT coffee and given a coffee that's been sitting out and cold. this is a damn coffee shop. fresh pots should be made all day. if I wanted a cold coffee I would ask for it. let me now start on how they give you a dirty cup. coffee all over. I'm so tired of spending money on disgusting cold coffee. yes I'm seriously pisst about it, managers supervisor do your damn job and train your employees. no one wants to waste money.

It's unfortunate that I live close to this dunkin, because it's the worst location. The employees are extremely slow, and the food and drinks they make are poorly mediocre at best.

The bagels are usually burnt. The wraps usually have flimsy bacon, and burnt cheese. The iced coffee is old. The sweat tea is usually just sugar water, and you can see straight thru the cup.

I don't know if it's the employees that don't care, or management that's nonexistent.

If you're looking to waste 10 to 20 minutes to get an overpriced, low quality drink or a wrap, this is the dunkin for you.

The lady at the register was kind but they can't make frozen drinks and she said no matter how many times they report it, it doesn't get fixed. I settled for another drink bc I didn't feel like going across the street. I feel like considering the next Dunkin is less than a block away across the street, management or the franchise owner would make sure they were running optimally.

I start my mornings at this Dunkin location and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The coffee is consistently excellent, providing the perfect kickstart to my day. I always order my large cold brew with mocha and cream. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which adds a nice touch to the morning routine. Even better, the line moves fairly quickly most days, so I never have to wait long to get my caffeine fix. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great coffee, friendly service, and efficient mornings!

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese for door dash Again I never received it. Of course when you call the number no one pick up . This happens twice . They need to hire people who can do the job. We should be able to get a refund or get an another sandwich delivered. Or some type of

Ordered a chorizo and egg wrap. It was ice cold in the center. Brought it back and they made me another one. It was still ice cold in the center. I guess putting an item in an oven and warming it requires a doctorate degree

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to every time I come here there’s an issue. I placed two mobile orders to be picked up at this location. I go to the speaker and let the employee know who I’m picking up for, the employee then proceeds to lie and say that she doesn’t see the order/ doesn’t have the order. I confirm with her the address and she’s stuck she can’t speak! I checked my maps and it’s the right location I let her know that this is the store and that I paid for my items online and she still continued to lie and go back and forth with me saying she didn’t get anything on her end and that I should go to the Dunkin’ Donuts up the street and that she can’t make anything. So she admitted that she did receive my orders and when my boyfriend and I left the store the orders were completed. I use to work at Dunkin Donuts the only way an order can be completed is by manually completing the order through the POS. I understand that both of the employees were tired but there should be no reason why you’re lying and not being honest with a customer. Y’all are not good liars and on top of that the girl was stuttering and everything out of being nervous. I will be coming back tomorrow to get my refund and I will be reporting both of the employees!? edit: I spoke to the manager she was no help and tried to justify her employees actions
