Dunkin' don't train their employees better to be good at customer service treating your customers like crap is not the best way to have them return to your store train your employees better.

Every time I come here, they either get the order wrong or make it incorrectly. Today I just so happened to order a sausage and cheese croissant only to receive the sausage and cheese croissant that seems to have been sitting there for a while as it’s cold and part of it is bumpy as if it had egg on top of it and take it off. I’m allergic to eggs and I’ve been through this several times before so I know what it looks like when it’s taken off so not only do they give me an old sandwich with stale bread but then a sandwich that they picked off something I specifically asked for it not to be on there because I’m allergic The coffee sucks. I specifically asked for French vanilla. There’s no French vanilla flavor in it. It is on the sugar and it’s bland on the cream and on top of that the small cup is filled up halfway, not even to the top of the cup his poor service at its finest

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a large drink and it came only halfway full. On top of that, I ordered food but only received half of what I paid for. I would have gone inside to speak with the manager, but it was raining and I had my baby in the car. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The staff needs serious improvement, and management should address these issues immediately.

These poor kids are working understaffed and with no A/C in the dead of summer. I’d assume management/ownership needs an overhaul. I’m sure the mold on the new ceiling tiles doesn’t help either. Good luck kids!

My complaint is that there aren't enough chairs. I'm an introvert and I don't like sitting with people. There are like four tables and during lunch there were like three people at one table and two at a six seated table. It would've been nice to have more two seated tables so I don't have to feel awkward about sharing a table with others. Please get more tables
Girl taking orders in drove thru was extremely rude (not sure if she was just hard off hearing or the speaker isn't working properly). Then proceeded on running her mouth to her coworkers once i got to the window to get the incorrect order.

This was the worst customer service I ever received at a Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff looked young and very annoyed to do their job. One girl literally tossed over a munchkin box when handing it over to us. No greeting, smile, or thank you from them. Very unprofessional and rude.

Waited in line for half hour for 4 people ahead of me to order on a computer screen nobody could figure it out They had to keep asking staff to help. Could we just have humans take orders because I'll just pay extra at Starbucks brother have humans. I will never go here again. We were at dunking many times a week I'm done.
