Dunkin' don't train their employees better to be good at customer service treating your customers like crap is not the best way to have them return to your store train your employees better.

20 minute wait ridiculous! Ordered coffee and donuts . I held someone up from leaving a parking spot because of how long it takes to move the line. One person left. People don’t have a lot of time during lunch, Can’t complain about the coffee or donuts most of the time but todays coffee was more like milk, a disappointment after the long wait and it might not be their fault that it took so long but why?

Drive thru is slow and If you get anything with cheese on it chances are that the cheese will be cold. Otherwise the people are usually friendly and management will correct any problems immediately.

I'm updating my post from 6 years ago. The service has gotten much better. My sandwich is always warm. I used the mobile app to place my place my orders but I look forward to Destini and Eleyi ( I apologize if I spelled his name incorrectly), but they make...
