Small location yet food was tasty. I got the feeling that I was bugging the girl to start my drink when the line was backed up.

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts drive through experience ever. We waited and waited, staff didn’t even greet us to acknowledge we were there. After waiting what felt like an eternity they finally took our order. After a nearly 30 minute wait through the entire ordeal I had to pull off without my order because the person at the window was having an extensive conversation with the customer’s in front of us. I normally don’t do bad reviews but the incompetence and lack of communication and customer service urged me to let the public know what type of business this is and what to expect if you ever decide to spend you money at this place. This Dunkin never have donuts. It’s 1:30pm you close at 8. Who makes the business decisions for this location? As a business owner I would order an extra dozen that will bring in more business and sales. The customer service here is always slow. I try not to come to this one for donut and service reasons but today I walked in which I usually do the drive thru if I do stop here (let me add I live close by but travel to village instead because of this. Today I was across the road having my tire serviced. So I walked over wanting my Dunkin on the run. As I walked in all you hear is guys cussing. I get it we make mistakes or it’s a part of the language and people probably don’t normally walk in but when a customer does all professionalism that represents the brand should be reinforced and in action. Besides theres a gas station store attached. What about those customers. Dunkin with all the Dunkin that’s on the run and customers as myself who are loyal to Dunkin although Starbucks always have items, always professional always a good vibe to sit inside y’all can do better because I am always with Dunkin on the run. The place was not sanitary and the lobby needs a touch. Make it more welcoming even within a convenient store. You would probably have more business. Now last how do you have 8 donuts total between all the flavors and 1 kind of munchkins. How do you stay in business? I would order a few more because between 1:30pm and 8pm when you close you miss a couple if not more of sales. If you were not selling and you slowed down maybe you should reevaluate the look, the service, the brand, and having more product on hand. Gotta spend money to make money. Imagine driving 15 min to this place get there at 2pm and they have no donuts you might as well call this place Dunkin Drinks Port St Lucie Gatlin you can do better!!!!!!

Very poor service. The food was awful. I placed a mobile order, but they didn’t prepare it in advance. I had to wait 10 minutes just for a hash brown!

Honestly just close the location down, very unprofessional, no one is paying attention to the customers, ordered online show up 20 minutes later, order hasn’t even been started on because everyone is busy sitting around doing nothing, seems like the only person that was working was the person in drive thru.

I was in the drive-through and one of the workers was on his phone and dropped someone’s cup on the ground, as he proceeded to pick it up and put it back on the counter. He than drops it again and his co-worker picked it up for him. He doesn’t grab a new cup he fills up the drink for the customer behind me.

Dreadful.

We recently moved to Tradition, and were running errands. We needed coffee.

There were four, perhaps five young men working. One seemed to be tasked with the drive-through. In retrospect that might have been ideal.

We had no opportunity to place an order, no one said a word to us, no one made eye contact, but one fellow did find it inconvenient to have to walk around us. If it weren't for him, i'd suspect us of invisibility.

This place may have great food and beverages. We'll never know. Plenty of competitors nearby, Starbucks is welcoming.

While I don’t expect “Ritz Hotel” style service, I DO expect some level decency. I patiently waited for someone to come from behind the counter to take my order when a thin girl (black girl) suddenly appeared as I had my head down. She didn’t greet me or bother to ask what I wanted…just looked at me with an attitude as if I had just insulted her by simply walking in. If she didn’t want to be there than maybe she should quit or go clean bathrooms…she’s horrible!

I've been paying $6 for a drink. Every morning, watching them make it, and then I get a kid in the afternoon, who filled the cup all the way up with ice before putting any liquid in it, not the way it's normally made. I talked to the manager today and all I get is mouth. Never be back

Prior to being served, I explicitly informed the appropriate staff that I have a medically diagnosed allergy to cheese. Despite this clear communication, I was nevertheless provided with a meal that contained cheese. This not only put my health at serious risk but also reflects a concerning disregard for food safety protocols and basic duty of care. I find this oversight deeply troubling and very unacceptable, as it demonstrates a failure to take reasonable precautions after being made aware of my dietary restriction.

I would recommend that upper management at this particular Dunkin' Donuts location encourage their team to be more friendly and pleasant. A more welcoming attitude would really enhance the customer experience.

Typical Dunkin' store, but as part of a gas station. The person helping with our order must have been new or unfamiliar with donuts, because 3 chocolate glaze came as chocolate cake donuts; the glazed twist came as a glazed, unfilled eclair-like thing; and chai lattes came iced, when we didn't say iced.... The chai's were fixed before we left, but didn't open the bag until on the road, and didn't have the energy to go back and deal with them fixing the order.
