I’ve come multiple times and without fail my order is always wrong when the short young woman named Ramona(?) takes my order, the new generation of hires at this specific location haven’t been wise ones. The food is consistently good, and the side of the gas station that the Dunkin’ operates out of is always clean and neat, but hot. Sadly I cannot ignore the small shortcomings that this store faces though. Two firm stars.

Here it is pouring down on a wensday morning was waiting at the speaker to place my order couldn’t hear the order taker so I drove up to place an order pulls up to window and to be told oh no we not taking your order you have to drive around to order your coffee when I come every morning I just feel it’s rude and I won’t ever come again and spend my money here
EXTREMELY slow service today. Took twenty minutes for 2 wake up wraps. Maybe when the manager leaves everyone takes mental vacation. Made me late for work today. I'm usually very happy with this location but like I said it seems without leadership they could care less about valuing people's time . For reference there was nobody in the store and at least 4 workers present.....

I always go to this location every morning before heading to work, but apparently, lately, the accuracy on my order keeps messing up. No caramel on my caramel coffee and my croissant wasn't tosted at all, and no butter on the bag

Five stars despite technically being more like 2.5-3 lol. Only because the dunkin donuts is a night and day difference from the one up the street and the drinks have always been top tier as dunkins go in my experience. With that said its all junk food but in a life where that does happen to be apart of it at least they dont use dirty ice or dirty looks and they are out here trying to make their way just like any of we Bosozens.

The employees are extremely rude. Don’t waste your time at this nasty location.
They’ll laugh at you for ordering low fat cream cheese. The location on the Shell right up the street is so much better.

Staff is very friendly and efficient at this location. I've only used the drive thru and it's been efficient everytime with a greeting welcoming me.
