Order is never right. Ordered 25 munchkins 1/2 jelly 1/2 sprinkles, whole box is jelly. This is the only dunkin you can order an iced latte with 2 additional shots of espresso and it takes like chocolate milk. Pretty sure they dont even add the additional shots i pay for. Please do better as i am tired of wasting money.

They are closed more than they are open how do you have ten people running around and nothing gets done I really wonder if the owner knows this I've never seen so many people walking around in circles day dreaming while we wait 20 min for a coffee and we are the only people in the place they need a better manager

I came in bright and early and got a brown sugar dunkin espresso which was first off amazing to have first thing in the morning. The staff was very kind, especially the young woman at the cashier, she was very welcoming. 5 Stars

Feel like there’s always shortage of food here. They didn’t have croissants or bagels besides the cinnamon raisin one. They’ve also messed up on my order the last 2x I went so I’m not sure what’s going on but they haven’t had good service according to these other reviews here too.

I had to do a review because they deserve recognition! They made the best bacon avocado toast ever! And I’ve tried many from different Dunkin’s and this place by far was the best ! Thank you guys so much. To the guy in the drive thru who took my order and to the girl who brought it to my truck because my truck couldn’t fit through the drive thru ! Thank you 😊 you guys are the best! Keep up the good work

The employees here are always very nice but no matter what time of day you go, the donuts are always stale. Never fresh.
Managers were very helpful and did their absolute best to display customer service, and went above and beyond to make sure me and my mom were satisfied with our experience.

Wow very disappointing! Staff was joking playing games while I waited for 15 minutes for a regular hot coffee! The place was empty inside! 3 employees and NOBODY pouring coffee for myself and another young lady! $7.17 and no coffee
