I had to do a review because they deserve recognition! They made the best bacon avocado toast ever! And I’ve tried many from different Dunkin’s and this place by far was the best ! Thank you guys so much. To the guy in the drive thru who took my order and to the girl who brought it to my truck because my truck couldn’t fit through the drive thru ! Thank you 😊 you guys are the best! Keep up the good work

Wow very disappointing! Staff was joking playing games while I waited for 15 minutes for a regular hot coffee! The place was empty inside! 3 employees and NOBODY pouring coffee for myself and another young lady! $7.17 and no coffee

When I arrived at this location the drive through was very busy, so I decided to go inside. The lobby was empty except for two customers already seated. I walked to the counter, and waited to be greeted. That never happened. After 5 minutes of waiting Trancia walked up and asked me what I wanted. I placed my order, two chocolate frosted, one glazed, and one jelly. I didn't realize she put the chocolate frosted upside down in the bag, and the other two on top of those. When I arrived back home and took the donuts out of the bag all the chocolate frosting the chocolate frosted donut was stuck to the bottom of the bag. There is nothing like paying for a chocolate frosted donut without chocolate.

This store's staff really could use some training on customer service. I definitely will not be returning to this location again.

Same on you for not having change in your store. I was there this morning and the poor young man had to tell every customer that there was no change. I sat down and for the 30 minutes I was there it went on. Is it a new way of stealing money from your customers. I called the store a number of times and they just pick up and hang up on their customers. Just shame on the manager for not having change and making that young man apologize to everyone that was on his line.

I dont usually write reviews, but i cone here daily and its always the same problems, i never have this issue anywhere else. long wait times, even if i do a mobile order, i arrive and still not ready. i work in the service industry as well so i understand, however when im serving customers i usually like to be efficient instead of standing laughing talking to my co workers.. i ordered a donut and coffee at the counter, i get the coffee in a couple minutes and stand and wait nearly 10 minutes for a donut, the girl said she “forgot” … i only ordered 2 things, correct me if im wrong but donuts are the easiest thing?? this place needs management, i never see a manager (this is always afternoon shift i go between 3-4 every day)

I physically did all the work.I got in my car.I drove up there.Went through their drive through and they just can't seem to get What's ordered on the receipt? Correct, if you order in multiples of hash Browns, you're only going to get one, it doesn't matter, then by the time you realize this and try to go back through drive through it's full and their lobby is full because their customer service is horrible and this is every Dunkin. Donuts, not just this one replace with robots, please.
