Today I ordered a large chicken soup I told the girl over the phone no carrots because they always add it even though I request not to. I order from this place many times a week. When I got my order I had to go back because it literally has only two noodles, I told the girl and she gave me the most nasty attitude and I asked her why she was mad when I was the one disappointed, I asked to speak with the manager and she said they were not there. I’m so disappointed because I will not return even though I really liked their soups. I hope they can train their staff to not have such bad customer service.

Overall food is good- but table service is too slow. It took more than 25 min to eat from time order was taken on both visits. No bread served and needing a water fill up can be a long wait. Like I said, food is good but service related issues need to improve.

This used to be the best Cuban food in town, but the service is worse than McDonald's. They don't know what constructive criticism is, because when I complained about the service the owner came out and took the side of the server instead of making it right! I didn't eat any of my food after it was served and they still wanted to charge me for it. The best place in town for Cuban food is babalu's. I would never come back to this place and I do not recommend it to anyone!

I order to be delivered and the rice and beans was so dry that it felt like it was cooked three days ago, the shrimp was hard and dry and tostones same I really didn’t like any of it, I’m sorry but this is my first and last time ordering from this place.

Got the ropa delivery and it was soooo good! My husbands food was also delicious. We’re from The Keys so we miss having a good cuban food spot and so happy to have finally found one!
