I placed a web order. I stood in there for over 40 minutes asking where are my food was?People were coming and going placingorders and getting their food. Finally, a worker said, let me go look for it. It was on a shelf cold. It was mixed in with pots and pans placed by accident up there. I asked if it could be remade so it would be hot. I was told it was a web order, No. I called corporate office today.Hoot said the owner would have to do something. I talked to said owner today. Who could do nothing but tell me in his narcissic self How it affects him but screw me the customer. NO SOLUTION but his team has the right to be wrong. The problem with this location is the narcissist acting owner.
