Food is good. Fresh and tasty like 5 Guys classic. It's too expensive. $22 got a burger, fries and Coke is ridiculous even in this economy. The 3 stars are because the tip jar was front and center in your face but the trash was overflowing, the wait for food was 20 minutes and every table was filthy (staffing appeared typical and place wasn't that busy). I had to clean my own table with soap and paper towels from the bathroom.

Dre the tall black gentlemen was not being a gentlemen i simply ask what was the order since i didn’t receive a receipt and he got very upset at this question and got a attitude and said some not very nice words under his breath that i won’t repeat i understand being a grown man and working at five guys sucks especially in this economy but being a team lead and acting that way is unacceptable behavior and i will be making a report to corporate.

We used to love this place but it seems to have gone down hill recently. The last few times we’ve ordered we’ve done it online. It’s an easy process and seems like the employees should able to read orders as they are spelled out. Each time our burgers have been wrong. Not slightly wrong but completely wrong, not even close. Kept going back thinking it was just a bad night, but unfortunately no. Won’t be going back any time soon.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon and it was fairly busy and almost left because I was out of town headed home and just wanted to be home but decided to wait anyhow. I'm really glad I did. Service was quick considering and the crew was on point. Everyone was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were clean. And it was ready in no time! Thank you guys for the yummy burgers and fries and great service! Oh, and I also ordered a strawberry banana milk shake and it was actually better than most other places I've been! 😊💙
