Gabe and his wife are amazing. Having to plan a party out of state is a challenge but having to do it in two days is another stress factor. With me inquiring about his services he contacted me within 15 minutes. He is very professional. Delivery time was precise and his wife was great on keeping open communication on where she was. The cake was AMAZING! It was moist and flavorful. I would recommend using them anytime.

Gabe’s Scratch Bakery has the best Bundt cakes! Not only will you get great cakes but the customer service from Christine and Gabe is over the top. Their cakes are moist and delicious. I would buy my cakes from them for every family get together! My husband surprised me with their cake for my birthday, and it did not disappoint! Everyone loved it! 10/10 totally recommend.

I was not only impressed by the deliciously moist red velvet cake but also by the great customer service. It was my daughter’s birthday and I just wasn’t happy with the choices out there for red velvet (her favorite), and I came across Gabe’s Scratch Bakery’s info with beautiful pics of Bundt cakes. I was very excited but concerned they wouldn’t be able to handle the 24-hr turnaround time given the holiday but they did! And Everyone loved the cake and immediately went in for seconds! Thank you Christine! I’m so glad you and your husband are baking for PSL!
