Dive barHarper sits in the corner of a strip mall, quite literally in the corner, and is virtually impossible to see from the road. This may or may not work well depending on your viewpoint, but if you're looking for a place to go hide for an hour or three it's an ideal location.As others have said, this is a no doubt about it dive bar. And interesting mix of patrons and your average standard bartender dude who always seems to be there and makes good drinks.No pretentiousness at Harper's, or frilly drinks. Another fun fact: you can smoke there, so if you are one of those people who don't like smoke or smokers this is definitely not the place for you.Physical size of the place is actually pretty good, and the bathrooms are clean, There are plenty of stools at the bar... combined with relatively cheap drinks that are well made and you have, in my opinion, a great little place to hide away or hang out or whatever.Parking lot in front

Loved the evening service, was there about 6:30-7:45 PM. This past Sunday 1/15/2023, I tipped w cash & paid w my card for the drinks. The lovely & honest bartender ran outside in the parking lot to hand me my card. I was having such a good time, I up & forgot my card. Thank You, sir, You've helped restore some of my faith in humanity. Simple, honest, hard working ppl. You deserve a raise, buddy

Fun, friendly DIVE! Good draft beer prices. They let us order & bring in food, even though they allow smoking. Love that about Florida pubs that don't serve food! The pool tables were the only reason they don't get 5 stars. The money mechanisms did not work. The tables roll great though and everyone was super helpful getting the balls out for us.

Wow, well kind of like the bar in Star Wars.Good drinks, great staff,, (in fact one if the few places where the bar tender has bought me a drnk) pool tables. One of the better bars in PSL but that's not saying much. Everyone seems to be friendly. Not a place to take your mom, unless of course she's a Star Wars fan, but I seem to end up there from time to time. Probably cause Iike to play pool. 3.5 stars in the grand scheme of things, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and go with 4. Like I said, it is PSL.
