First time Great Açaí bowls and ice cream, for the Açaí they give you a dry erase menu and you choose what you want on it.
This last time waited there and got passed 2 times like we weren’t even there. Girl even took care of her friends even though they came after us.
We went yesterday 5 min to closing and Gene was super nice and made us feel very welcome.
Good service, affordable, but my “carribean rum nut” hardly had grape nuts. Please add more.

Customer service horrible. Listening to a customer request is key to having a customer return. This particular young lady seemed angry and very inpatient. It could have been no fault of hers because she was the only person working and no one to help, but no reason to take it out on the customers.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t even get greeted and we just stood there and stared at them. The tallish white girl with light brown hair came up to us and was very rude, never gave a smile or anything. I won’t return !!
I really hate to be that guy but lately I feel the need to start bringing my scale with me. In school I learned that 32oz is a quart. When I get home and measure it it is closer to 3 cups (24oz)
Am I wrong to think I should be getting what I pay for?

Awesome ice cream shop with tons of selection and great customer service. I loved the dark chocolate, raspberry truffle ice cream. I’d highly recommend trying out this place.
