my order was wrong, and the manager went out his way to bring me my right order! he was the best!

We love this place and the food. However this place is changing. The music is so loud you cannot have a conversation with your table is more of a club atmosphere. I could not even order food with the cashier without yelling. The tables are sticky. Needs some work

Walking inside Huey Magoos and it was warm Inside. Loud club music playing with a cashier that you have to keep putting your ear to her. Very low talking Gen Z customer service. Getting tired of it is all. Food is always delicious though but too bad the service isn't as good as the food. It's a shame

I ordered a buffalo sandwhich. I just asked if I could get the ranch on the side and not the sandwhich. She said sorry, its .79 cents for a cup. Im not asking for extra. Sorry, nothing manager could do. I hope you go out of business. What a crap thing to do to nickel and dime your customers. You are already ovrr charging for this mid chicken.

Who Magoo’s is a great place for tender juicy fried chicken And classic french fries and coleslaw. My husband and I Compare it to something like a bud’s chicken that we used to have down south in West Palm. Highly recommend the Magoo sauce and the sweet heat dip. Not a big fan of the banana pudding it’s kind of watery. On the other hand, their teas are very good.

Best tenders of all the chicken tender places. Great service at this location.

Did a pickup order on a whim, was craving chicken tenders. Worst mistake of my life, they forgot 1 out of 2 meals, had to wait a long time for the other one, then when it came out they forgot our toast. Asked for it politely to just see an employee in the back try to hand our bread through the window, the front employee asked him to put it in the box and he proceeded to throw our bread in there and got super angry/aggressive like a total man child and was arguing with her about it beforehand. If you don’t like your job, and can’t do it correctly/are lazy, might I suggest developing real skills and getting a new career? Lol

Going to Canes from now on only.

Disappointing First Visit – Unwelcoming Staff and Just-Average Food

This was my first time trying Huey’s, and unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired—starting from the moment I walked in. I tried to be friendly and mentioned it was our first visit (mainly to explain why we were taking a moment to look at the menu), but I was met with an eye roll and complete silence. That same cold, dismissive attitude was consistent across the three girls working the front counter.

As for the food, it was okay at best. The chicken was decent, but the breading lacked flavor, and the fries were completely unseasoned. Not bad, but definitely not memorable.

What really left a sour taste was the lack of hospitality. First impressions matter, and this one felt more like a chore for them than customer service. I had high hopes for a new go-to spot, but based on this experience, I doubt I’ll be back.

And yes—I still left a 10% tip, even though it was a to-go order and the service didn’t warrant it. That should say something.

Food is the best. Chicken tenders are far above other places. Magoo sauce is amazing. Fries are crispy and toast is cooked perfectly. Alaround great food. For atmosphere I rated a little lower because the music is a little louder than my old ears like, but that's my issue
