Hurricane Grill & Wings-Promenade

I ordered takeout for dinner and it it wasn’t good and the order was missing ingredients. I ordered the mahi mahi with parm broccoli. The fish was over cooked and chewy. The broccoli however was delicious! The coconut shrimp tacos were supposed to come with pineapple and the tacos only had shrimp and cabbage, the pineapple was the main thing my daughter was looking forward to! Needless to say, we probably won’t be back. I didn’t bother calling the establishment either because at this point, it’s 8:30pm and was not going back out for them to fix it after working all day!

I ate there the other day for the first time not only is the food horrible it's the dirtiest place I've ever seen there's dust hanging from the air conditioning vents in the ceiling I would never ever go there and I'm going to call the health department they need to be shut down

How can you screw up a burger and fries. I know,order from hurricane. Charge you a fortune and give you food you can't eat.

I've been here 2 times and it's dirty. I have worked in the Hospitality industry and this restaurant can have a day where the staff just clean. I sat at a table by the window and it was pretty dirty. Just wipe the walls, clean the caddy's. I had to go from table to table to get ketchup. It was empty. I was there after 6pm. Sad.

Stopped in this afternoon and had the best experience! Excellent service and the food was great! Nikki was working the bar and was very polite and attentive. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stopped here during our travels in Florida. We like the outdoor dining, looked very tropical. The waitstaff was very nice and attentive. We had the wings for starters & they were very good. We both had burgers, they were delicious. Cooked just right, I like mine just pink inside, the I couldn’t believe the portions, I couldn’t finish mine. I would definitely go back!!

I normally disregard the slow service and average food because of the staffs pleasants demeanor, however today I was treated as though i had the plague! As i walked in i was not greeted, which is understandable when you're busy, except I had staff look me in the face and turn around to chat with customers at the bar! I also understand the hustle of fishing for tips, so i ignored my having been ignored by multiple people and sat down. Nothing changed for the next 30min, but other people would walk in, right next to me, and were promptly served! Admittedly, i came in earlier than my food would be ready because i wanted a glass of water, but wasn't even offered that! I’ve never received this type of service from anywhere, and certainly will not be receiving that type of service from this location again, or any service for that matter. Not that I got any today, of course.

This location is going downhill rapidly. Wings were not fully cooked. Salad greens, soggy and wilted tomatoes and onions were on the way out also. We also ordered a side of sweet potato fries.which we questioned the small portion of fries . Our waitress stated, we are portioning our fries now. She also offered to bring out more fries she agreed with us. It was a small portion. This used to be our Monday night go to place. Unfortunately, the quality of food has gone downhill looking for a new spot.Won’t be going back!!!!!!

Usually we love the place but the last couple times it's has really gone down hill, today being the worst and it was slow not busy at all. Once we sat the server dropped menus off. Took about 3 min for her to come back. Got our drink orders (there were only 3 of us) took 6-7 min to come back with those. We ordered right after that. Took 45 minutes! Yes 45 and I went in to cancel and pay for our drinks as food was finally coming out. I'm a server. There was no communication that there was issues with the kitchen. My drink was almost empty, no refill offered. The 2 servers that were on just wanted to stand at the bar and talk to the guys at the bar. I feel like there was no f*cks given to the rest of the customers. Yes the did offer for our food to be boxed and Togo, if I wanted that, I would have ordered to go. I did want to pay for our drinks but they said don't worry. Sorry but y'all need to step it up or you will loose more customers ?

What a embarrassing experience. Our food came out wrong. The boneless wings were inedible both times (we had them refired only to come out worse.

There is no staff present, no management that I could see.

Don't waste your time money here!
