Chris was amazing! He was the only server there on Labor Day, with a packed restaurant inside and out. He was attentive, and kind. We got our food fast, and it was delicious!

This place has the worst wings. Tiny, dry and usually over cooked to a crisp.We have been to other Hurricane wing locations which have been much better. The bar area has usually slow bartenders with attitudes not seeming to realize that the customer pays their salaries. The other staff all seem to be nice and professional. The clientele is obnoxious and always seemingly ready for a fight or confrontation. Too many other places to spend hard earned cash instead of this place. Would pass all day long. Go to the Ale house instead.

Love the service and the Chicken Tenders are the best in PSL. Place gets packed ,and that is why reviews are scattered to worst case scenerio. Good People and good Vibes. I thought the owner was the bus boy until someone told me lol. Such a humble owner. Complainers stay away

Food is mediocre at best. I’ve been to Hurricane Grill & Wings - Traditional a couple of times. Too many other better options to go back.

We ordered take out of 3 dinners all chicken strips. It was all over cooked rock hard was not ediable. Called the manager talked to Chris said he was going to talk to the owner and get back to me. Nothing, no call back. I've called on 3 different occasions. I've left my name and number several times. I gave receipt number and total and still nothing. Very bad customer service

Loud, food was average. Service was ok. Thought the burger was a good choice. I was mistaken. And the fish tacos were dry with little flavor. How disappointing.

Overall cleanliness was appalling dirty seating, condiment holders crusty. Walked in sat down with my 4 kids my Son 13 said I don't want to eat here mom and quietly walked out. If they can't keep up the front what does the back look like. Disappointing ?
