Waited at door to be seated. Finally seated and could hear servers talk about why we were sat in that spot. The server didn’t talk our drink order until 5 minutes in, while I was in the bathroom.
The bathroom was filthy with urine on the floor and a clogged toilet.
During our time in the restaurant we could hear the gossip about other employees and even customers. Very unprofessional with a manager taking part of the gossip.
Food was nasty. Straight oil taste.
The veggie omelette came with the veggies uncooked completely RAW onions, mushrooms and spinach (spinach was at least wilted). Not even the cheese was melted.
The hash browns (with added cheese and onions) was super greasy and had black peaces throughout.
The crepes were not even edible! But not removed from check also waited an extra 10 minutes to receive after all other food was brought to the table.
$60 IHOP visit and I wouldn’t feed it to my dog…
Wish I got better pictures

Very disappointed in the attempted service me and my two year old son received just trying to be seated. After waiting and being signed in by one server who said a booth was too large for us we had to wait another server came to the host stand and let two people behind me both parties of 1 be seated in booths ahead of me. Finally after 20 mins I decided to leave because obviously this establishment did not want my money nor will I beg for poor service. Don’t know if I don’t meet an age requirement to be seated because the two others that skipped ahead of me where older or I don’t fit a particular skin tone, either or you will not have to worry about me spending any money here. Zero stars to both waitresses who tried to ruin my father & son breakfast.

This is the first time I ever had a bad experience with my takeout order with this Location. (With the food, not the staff) I tried calling a bunch of times, however no one answered. So here I am. I had ordered two "The classic burgers" which always is amazing, however today my orders were not. The burgers were missing the basic condiments it comes with except for a tomato and a piece of lettuce that looked brown and old, the bread too was stale and hard. The fries were barely a handful. This is not the normal experience I have had here. The burgers are usually really good! Dunno what's up but hope this gets addressed.

It's IHOP....the food is always served hot and everything tastes good. Servers and friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is... corporate, boring. Too open concept. But it is what it is. Still love to visit once in a while

Pretty good, been coming for years! I fed 6 ppl off of the family meal and a burrito. Would’ve loved the burrito to look like the picture, a little more crispy but there was nothing to complain about. Thanks for getting the order ready super fast, the kids enjoyed it and so did I.

My last time eating here, this has really disappointed me, I spoke to the manager he didn’t even care how we felt about our meal, I always order this meal and this the smallest meal we ever got, the server was Kelli was great, but this manager in charge shall really care about how the costomer feels.
Pancakes were too cold to melt the butter and the coffee was old. They are woefully understaffed so the servers they have are doing their best, but they were overmatched. The breakfast was not worth the wait, even the $6 special.

Had a chicken and biscuit sandwich with gravy. I thought it was supposed to have pickles on it, but there weren't any. Biscuit was not great. Possibly needed to be baked a bit longer. The 2 servers on at the time were wonderful!

I had a frustrating experience during my recent visit. I waited five minutes for my order while it was getting cold, and it took someone from the back to finally help me. Meanwhile, two employees were chatting on their phones, and one seemed completely disinterested in assisting customers.
Kudos to the one employee who did step in and help—your effort was appreciated! But overall, the service left much to be desired. I hope management addresses this issue for future customers.

I've dined here a few times in recent years and while some times have been better than others, none have been good.
During my most recent visit I had 2 poor meal experiences back to back. I ordered one thing that wasn't right, and I changed my order to another thing, and that wasn't right. I was sure to tip my server and I requested the manager to speak with him as I wanted to ask him to comp the meal so that my server wouldn't have any issues. She was pleasant but the kitchen was screwing up badly and they were also deceitful with what they chose to send out. The manager gave me a hard time and argued with me, insulting my intelligence trying to argue that the claims I made were untrue because he was in the kitchen. I offered him ways to refute his own claims but he denied the opportunities to prove himself wrong. Eventually he acquiesced... going from a 10% to 20% to 50% to fully discounted check. I've never had such a negative experience with the food I received from any IHOP kitchen nor have I ever had a manager argue with me in such fashion. I don't think I will ever return and I suspect he would like that. I was neither rude nor disrespectful, but I stood my ground and had a strong case.
I enjoy IHOP, they mak my favorite pancakes... and I also love their appetizer sampler... and I don't know what magic they put into their sirloin tips, but they're typically tender, moist, and flavorful!
I used to live walking distance from an IHOP and it was where I'd often meet local friends for breakfast, dinner or late night snacks. I went so often I had favorite servers and cooks in the kitchen. Sadly, this location has never measured up. I dont expect servers I never met to know my order or cooks in the kitchen to know my preferences, but I do expect everything to be at a minimum standard of excellence and this location has fallen short on multiple occasions.
I hope a new IHOP opens up soon, perhaps in Tradition, and then I'll be able to enjoy my IHOP favorites again.

Waiter was no good. Asked for well done bacon, eggs, and hashbrown, barely cooked and eggs are cold. Like really? Waffle house dunks on this place. I would only go here for pancakes that's it.
